Smooth Experience Despite My Initial Nerves

I was a bit nervous at first, especially since I was ordering a fairly expensive motherboard (the TRX50-SAFE WiFi) and wasn’t familiar with Groovesland. But everything went perfectly — clear communication, smooth delivery, and the product arrived exactly as described.

Really happy with the outcome. Would definitely order again.

Ordered items from their website on 28/05/2025 which has its prices displayed in pounds sterling. Items were'nt despatched then until 6th June. After email ping pong they say order is shipped from Germany and its the 21st of June and still hasn't arrived and now Im away on Holiday on Monday 23rd 😡. Not impressed with neither the level or quality of service, a bunch of amateurs! They aren't even worth the 1 star Ive given them!

I ordered 2 professional goods for a Lexmark printer, and every day they postponed the delivery date. They don't answer to the mail and I paid 144 € and I didn't receive anything. Don't order anything on this website.

I ordered a game at the start of June and paid immediately by bank transfer. The game was due to be shipped last week but has not been as they "accidentally cancelled the order". It is now "processing" with no new shipping date. I have asked for a refund twice as this is a present which is now not going to arrive in time and this has not been given. I now have no game and no money and am off to trading standards and the small claims court.

Not a scam, just not good.
I ordered a survival kit for a Morakniv Garberg (basically a sharpening stone and paracord for a camping knife).
The price was marginally better than local and I was trying to save money.. I figured a couple of weeks for postage.
My order took 5 weeks to arrive, no support with tracking, arrived without paracord.
By far the worst part was that the “customer support” was generic, smug and unhelpful.
Lesson learned.
Never again.
I strongly suggest you either avoid this mob entirely or brace for no customer support and roll the dice that you won’t need it.

Paid for 1-3 tracked day shipping. They didn't create the dispatch label untill day 5 and this didn't start showing any movement until 3 weeks from ordering.

I email number of times asking for updates to be told it can take upto a month. Then I asked to cancel and refund as tracking had not shown as even collected but this was refused and I was told I could only get a refund if I wait till it comes then return zt my own expense even though this was not even showing as collected by the courier at this point.

My purchase was for a birthday present but this missed this terribly.

Will never use this company again nor will anyone I know.

Ordered an item and the tracking quite clearly shows it has stopped somewhere in Spain, although as it was going from Germany to UK no idea why it went to Spain!!. Slow responses from this very dubious company wanting me to declare I have not received it. Have asked for a refund 4 times now as it is over a month since it was supposedly dispatched. But no, have had to report them to the police and take legal action to recover my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Total scam, they sent me a damaged item and they asked me to send it back, never heard from them again or got my money back, I lost the money of the vinyl + the return shipping. STAY AWAY.

I ordered 2 CD on March 30th. The first CD
was supposed to be shipped in 1-2 business days. In fact, you supposedly
sent it on April 25th, and today, May 27th, I still haven't received
anything.
When I ordered the second CD on March 30th it was supposed to be shipped in
15-16 business days. From your last mail on May 19th they tell me it is out of stock (and they still sell it on their site) and they will
refund me the next 2 or 6 busness days. Today May 27th I still have no
refund for this item
Grooves.land is really unprofessional from your side and it looks more like stealing than selling.

Ordered Item, the dispatch day kept changing every two days without explanation. Item was not sent.

I would advise taking a screen shot of tracking details every two days.

luckily had paid with PayPal so got refund.

Got scammed by grooves land with their usual "in stock" "3-7 working days delivery" false promise which they use intermittently with customers worldwide to hide the fact that they are scammers (they DO deliver small value items but DELIBERATELY NEVER deliver high value items)

AVOID THIS SCAM SCHEME AND SUE THEM

ordered a vinyl that was in stock according to the page. after placing the order they said it will take 2-3 weeks.
after that they told me a couple of times, that i should get in touch with them if my package hasn't been delivered until day XY.
According to the tracking number, they never handed the package over to the postal service.
after 2 months writing emails i opened a pay pal case and got my money back.
stay away, better order with JPC or HHV

18.01.2022 I have bought a pencil sharpener at „grooves.land“ (grooves.land, Ten Dance Media GmbH, Boxhagener Str. 106, 10245 Berlin, Deutschland), order 4252250.
Quality appears disappointing and I sent it back.
I'm located in Russia. Sharpener came to Berlin, and due to known circumastances, bank transfers was blocked.
So, they told me to patiently wait.
Then, after a year, when I remind them about this incident, their support member told he delegate that problem to director. And so, I have no response.
And next they have ignored my message.

This is a great site! I found a vinyl I couldn't find on any other site at a reasonable price (by this I'm refering to the transport cost). It takes longer to deliver, but it's by post so that's understandable ( my order left on 9th of April and arrived on 29th of April).

Wish I could rate them ZERO! Absolutely bogus information on the site and then in their emails. Based on other reviews, it seems like they'll produce the refund (at least that) but now I need to waste my time chasing that. They probably never had what I ordered. How is a company like this allowed to continue existing?

Scam, scam, scam. Do not full for this, its a scam, dont belive me read other reviews

Buyer beware when ordering from this site. They show product being in stock and even confirm shipping within 2-5 days when they DO NOT actually have the product. I got screwed on a box set that showed being in stock but is now only available on the secondary market for insane prices. Only after I reached out to them about the status of my order did they cancel and refund the purchase.
If I could provide a 0 star rating I certainly would.

Placed an order from them in December. After a few weeks the product said it had shipped and then it began giving estimated arrival dates. This is late January.

The dates keep getting pushed further and further. I finally contact them and…

THEY NEVER HAD THE RECORD! They completely lied about shipping it and were going to just keep my money until I said something.

A refund has been issued but I could have bought this from anyone MONTHS ago.

This sentiment is echoed all across the internet, do not order from them!

Ordered a vinyl at beginning of January, still hadn't arrived by March, tracking link didn't work, invoice couldnt be opened, no way of contacting so I requested a refund via my bank. Groovesland have tried to claim the item was awaiting collection at the post office which I have never been advised off. Don't waste your money or time ordering from this company
