Rip off

Had to return my parcel as it was damaged on arrival, but I had to pay the return postage would get back once returned as they said, I went to the post office for them to say that will be £41.00 I was so shocked im glad I did not go ahead with this, as im still waiting for only £15.49 back not heard anything from them after constant emails not one reply as a first time customer think this is so appealing don't know how they can get away with it. I did not ask for this to be damaged or I would of kept my items as I still can not find them anywhere else, this only deserves half star, how can I take this further please if anyone can help I would really appreciate this.Julie this company does not deserve to be on Trust pilot.

Warranty and fixing problems

I have placed an order with them about 2 years ago(+or -) for a cpu. I did receive it, but I started to have problems with it from day 1. It was overheating. I did inform them about it and they were blaming my rig. I started to change my cooling system, motherboard, etc and still same problem. After few months, i did sent it to them for checking. Took about 2 months for them to check and after sent it back telling me that the cpu is good. I have been using it for about 6 months( few hours per week) and after that at 1 point the cpu died. I did inform them about it and they told me to send it back. I did that and when they received it they informed me that cou is dead and out of warranty. I told them to send it back to me, they say that they did but still not recived it after more than 3 months! I would not recommend them! Keeps you to much to check and send only to tell you at the end that the product is no longer in warranty!

Cancelled after months of waiting

Ordered a record they said would take a few weeks. After a few months I cancelled it.

I give them points on customer service, that was good. The problem is no updates, little info, and a clearly bad business model of “oh you placed an order for xx? Sure, we will place our own order, and when we get it, we’ll send it to you!”.

This company seems to just be a middle-man company and there is no reason to buy from them when they seem to have the same sources and opportunities to buy as you.

Ordered a led light for over 100 pounds 6 weeks later no product only excuses and no one to talk to. Total con do not waste your time or money they should be closed down

I bought from grooves.land

I bought from grooves.land, and was really wary due to some poor reviews, but I found them really approachable, and replied very quickly to my paranoid worries, and the record arrived safely and in beautiful condition. So if you are wondering if you are safe to buy from these guys, trust me it'll be ok. Not the quickest, but safe and trustworthy. Cheers guys

Tefal Steam Iron

I purchased a Tefal steam iron which when it arrived you could clearly see that the iron was not brand new. Most of the packaging was removed and the iron had dust on it. In my opinion it was a display item from some store or other and was put back in the box and sold to me as new. Very Disappointed to have paid so much for something that was not new. It works but has some marks and scratches. I live in Ireland and it is too much hassle to try and return it. Buyer beware!!

Very slow delivery.

So I ordered an Ozzy CD on July 26th and it arrived today…three and a half weeks later.
No tracking and little communication other than the initial email they sent.

It’s not a scam but it’s not a very efficient service.

Order a hairdryer- Scammer

Order a hairdryer. paid for the item, I received a tracking number. Not fit for purpose!!! parcel still out for delivery 3weeks. The company are scamming. Save your money and buy from another website

Totally rubbish service

I ordered a landline phone on the 23rd July. The tracking information is rubbish. The company had emailed on the 28th July after accepting the order blaming the carrier for delays.
The carrier is Evri but they're yet to receive the parcel, as of 10th August.
The email I received from Grooves.land is no reply.
Rubbish service!

Excellent Service

Easy to order. Price reasonable. Dispatch was fast and Grooves.land kept me posted with tracking information. The item arrived within a very fast turnaround and was perfectly packaged. Excellent service.

No order arrived

I ordered a vinyl album. It was tracked by Evri but then returned to the supplier. Groovesland would not explain what was happening and said they would be in touch when the product arrived back with them. Having waited three months for the item I have been asking for a refund but so far have not had any response. They said the original waiting time was 10 days. My wife managed to get the same album off Ebay within two days

This is mostly a positive review

This is mostly a positive review, as I did in fact receive the Item I ordered, just took a while.
I ordered on the 12th July for 3-7 day postage of a In Stock item, but this was not despatched after 1 week, e-mailed their support on 21st, got rather generic responses, that there was technical delays, next day they marked it as "despatched", received it on 28th July, strangely the tracking number was for Netherlands Post , yet company is based in Berlin ?
So worked out ok in the end, lucky for me.
Would really have to want something desperately to order again, as not confident it would be positive next time.

Disappointing customer service despite being a regular buyer


I received a vinyl record with a damaged sleeve, and instead of offering a customer-friendly solution, grooves.land gave me two options: accept a €5 refund or go through the hassle of repackaging and paying to ship it back to Germany.

As a vinyl collector, the condition of the sleeve is important to me, and it's frustrating that the responsibility for resolving a shipping issue was shifted entirely onto me. This kind of policy doesn't show much respect for the customer experience.

I accepted the €5 only because I didn’t want to waste more time, but I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

9 weeks of waiting, order not received. no communication.

After 9 weeks of waiting for a simple aio cooler, I can't say if the company is legit or not because.... I still haven't received my PC part. It took around 6 weeks to even get a shipping update, and the next three were spent watching it being perpetually in transit in Amsterdam .. then customs, then Miami customs... Did I order contraband or a flipping computer part? Cuz I'm pretty sure I could have found more reliable contraband shipping options.
So again, while after nearly 3 months of waiting for an order, I can't say if the part is quality or the company a legitimate seller of actual PC parts, I feel entirely justified in giving them a 0/5 rating for crappy communication, slow shipping, and absolutely nothing else to go on.
Moral to the story.... If you have ANY other option to purchase parts from, is suggest ordering from a company who a) communicates and b) has items that are actually able to ship, and c) can fulfill orders including shipping in an upfront, open manner so that buyers know what they are in for.
Bad business practices regardless of my individual outcome. Just a heads up; warning to the others who may also get suckered into this show... But elsewhere if you possibly can.

Buyer be ware. Shocking buying experience.

Terrible customer service. Regardless of price, I would highly recommend buying elsewhere from alternative suppliers. They will not fulfil standard requirements of warranty. In my case, delivery took a very long time, item was not appropriately packaged and arrived damaged. They outright lied about the item being covered by postal insurance and will not contact the postal company to review the damage report. It is now weeks since purchase and my item is held at a local post office as the case has not been resolved. I have done everything required and more to get this resolved. Their communication is unprofessional and very unhelpful. I will never purchase from them again and would strongly advise anyone else not to either.

Don’t trust them

In line with some other reviews: ordered and (stupidly) did a bank transfer to pay (lesson learned). They never had the vinyl themselves; couldn’t source it from “suppliers”; extra delays as my order “had been inadvertently cancelled”. It’s taken weeks to get a refund. Is anything ever “in stock” or is this how they always operate. If not dishonest I think these are sharp practices - I won’t be going near this outfit again.
