Great quality, top class product

Great quality, very fast cooking and really nice looking double pancake pan ! Really happy with purchase.
Delivery takes little to wait, because of travelling distance. But definitely worth it to buy , i highly recommend !

Very convincing web site ( I strongly suspect it is a scam site). I ordered a Voip Phone and base station at over £200. I have received an email from Grooves.Land saying, "Due to a tense situation in Worldwide mailing there may be a long delay with delivery." I was lead to believe the items were being mailed from Germany but closer inspect would suggest that the products are 'Made in Germany'. Again I may be wrong but I smell 'China' !!!! Buy from this internet site at your own risk !!!!

Fails to deliver the order

Don't buy anything from this online store. I bought an LP more than 15 days ago and it hasn't been sent yet. They have already changed the warehouse entry date twice. I do not recommend Grooves.land.

Grooves.land 💯% has proven to be a…

Grooves.land 💯% has proven to be a trustworthy site. I paid by direct bank transfer (certainly a bit twitchy to do so but I've done this before with another German retailer Sotel.com so felt less worried as all went well there).
The payment was received by them on the 28 Oct (confirmed via email - took a full day & a half to go through to them so be patient, with all sorts of off putting warnings by my bank b4 I could actually get to send the payment) & I received my purchase on the 5 November - No Problems!
I will certainly use this site again & pay by direct bank transfer to help businesses avoid card bank charges & it gives me a discount too - great idea, more businesses should offer it.
I ordered a kettle btw. & I feel that having used these sorts of German retailers on a couple of occasions now with no problem they do seem to get a bad press in the comments ..makes me wonder who it is that wants to take over everything & is therefore auto-bot slating other independent retailers..Amazzz??

Do Not Order

Do Not Order. I couldn’t give zero stars so that’s why I put 1. Ordered on September 29th and the w/house date it is expected has changed 3 times. It’s now November 7th and does not look like the album will arrive anytime soon if ever. The only communication I get is that they have ordered with the supplier. Honestly Do Not order from these people!!!

Ordering from North Korea would be more efficient

Grooves.land is a company like no other. Please read on to find out why!!
I placed my order for 2 200mm Thermaltake fans on the 29th of September. The site clearly stated these were "In stock", and stated a delivery time "To the UK" of 5-10 days. This was a little long, but nothing drastic for me as I'm not a rabid Amazon customer that demands everything to be delivered the same day I ordered it.
Well, a week or so passed, and there was no sign of anything at all happening, after Hermes claimed they were "waiting to collect" my order from the company on October the 2nd, so I e-mailed Grooves.land who asked for my patience. Oh I was certainly more patient than an eskimo waiting in the Arctic for the only plane to land all year to go on their first holiday abroad in 50 years. An ENTIRE MONTH passed by, with still no action. I e-mailed Grooves.land again and asked them for a refund, or I'd raise a dispute with PayPal to recover the money. They replied (promptly - about the only thing prompt about this company) saying they'd "raise an investigation with the courier". Er, what investigation would THAT be then, considering the fact that the tracking on Hermes STILL only had the 2nd of October entry saying they were waiting to be given my order??!! I replied again saying no, and to please refund my order. I received no further reply from Grooves.land. But the very next evening I came home from work to find an e-mail from Hermes saying "We've got your order". I traced back the tracking and what do you know - it started on the 2nd of October!!
I have now just received the fans today, the 1st of November - after placing my order on the 29th of SEPTEMBER. This company is based in GERMANY, not North Korea. And the biggest question of all would be, why does it take them being threatened with a PayPal dispute (which they know full well they would not win) for them to give me what I paid for, before they even bother to give it to the courier???!!

This is an unbelievably poor way to run a company. I notice that they aren't bothering to respond to their reviews on here - if they did maybe they'd learn something about how to run a business properly.

I can't honestly say "this is a scam site" because clearly I did receive my items, but after a MONTH???!! This is an absolute joke - and certainly my only ever order I will place with grooves.land.

Liars

Gave a tracking number for an item that they still have not sent. They keep sending tracking links which are just proving that they haven't sent it. I received an email telling me I have to fill out a form downloaded from email, so it "can be investigated". Most recent email after my refusal citing their responsibility for this said

"Hello ---

please fill this out or it stays unsolved.

Best regards,

Manuel of your grooves.land support team"

This company is not worth using, they refuse to refund you and lie to you about sending out products you purchase. A total waste of time! Don't give in to them, do a chargeback through your bank so they cannot prey upon people anymore.

I ordered a coffee machine and it was delivered with the wrong plug. I pay $200 to ship the $900 coffee machine back and they said they received it but it was broken and will not give me my refund or send me the coffee machine back. Do not do not deal with these people.

Never again - Stay away from them

They sent me a broken microwave, and they don't respond. they ask for stupid things that the courier cannot create and they never replied to my requests. The worst part is that you feel they are treating you disrepectfully making you waste time and energy with no response on their side.

Still no delivery after 10 days even though they say your goods will arrive by 4-7 days and it appears it hasn’t even arrived in this country yet ! Got sent an email saying there are problems globally with deliveries which no doubt they send out to everyone but not until after they have placed their order. AVOID

Surprisingly not a scam

After reading the reviews here and corresponding with the seller I for sure thought I got scammed, but to my pleasant surprise, the item actually arrived. It just took a couple of weeks. For reference, I ordered some Corsair Vengeance RAM - it arrived in original packaging, it was the exact OC spec I ordered, and it's been working well so far.

So yeah, all's well that ends well. They do have very competitive prices, but the shipping takes forever and the customer support, while very responsive, says the exact things a scammer would say.

If I had to guess, they might not be based in Germany as their website claims, but rather some "unnamed" Asian country, which would explain the shipping delays and low prices. But who knows.

Rip off. Don't trust!

An order was placed more than 2 months ago and the delivery time keep changing. Never received an answer to an email... the product was sold out and then listed several times after that for more than double what we paid...rip off scam company,don't trust it!! They sit on your money for months!! Avoid!

Absolute robbers do not part with your…

Absolute robbers do not part with your money to these guys.
Had to report them to my credit card company. I paid over 400 quid for a label printing machine that has never arrived no goods and no refund. They take your money and have no intention of sending the goods ,fake delivery information that the post office don't even recognise sent by them.

Terrible company

Terrible company! Do not trust! Sends damaged records and expects you to file a complaint with the post when it wasn’t the postal offices fault! They want you to file fraudulent claims! Look at the feedback on discogs not the rating! They have hundreds of negative feedbacks. My records were damaged before they ever shipped them. It’s absurd!

Mebus radio controlled clock

We bought a Mebus radio controlled clock for our kitchen on 29th August from this company which eventually arrived on 19th September and after many.many days/weeks and every conceivable option we still can’t set it to Uk time! After at least 8 emails we are no further forward to finding a solution. They did say to send it back at our cost but also said in the email that any kind of damage to the clock in transit means no refund! The clock no matter what we do (following manufacturers instructions) settles at an hour ahead every time! Since I was told to return (at our expense) I’ve sent 5 emails pointing out that it’s not really our fault and that the clock is defective! And I have received no response! Please DO NOT buy from this company as their customer service is atrocious! Looks like we’re going to have to put this down to experience and buy from Amazon next time! At least their customer service is fabulous!

Ordered a vinyl beginning of July..2 1/2 months later it had still not arrived

Ordered a vinyl beginning of July and it said there would be a couple of weeks wait.....those weeks came and went. Got hold of the company on 4th September to ask when it would arrive, they stated they had received my payment and it would be with me shortly. Got hold of them 24th September and they have now stated they can't get hold of item and won't be able to. So I asked for my money to be reimbursed. I would honestly go elsewhere first before buying from this company
