Extremely slow delivery missed Christmas.

I ordered an item on 8/dec as a Christmas present but it didn't arrive until 28 December. While I was waiting for it to arrive I checked the listing for the same item on the Groovesland website and it said "expected delivery time to the UK, 4 - 11 days". Despite this, my item took 20 days to arrive. It only came from Germany so it shouldn't take that long to get to the UK. I added a second star to my rating because they included a UK adapter as (I assume) this item has an EU plug.
Very slow delivery. Not a scam - just very slow. I'll be looking elsewhere in future.

Good Experience

Good Experience, I ordered a graphics card for my PC to Saudi Arabia and it came in 27 days. No damage or any bad sign on the GPU.

Awful experience

Arrived to customs 1 month after purchase (not the 4-8 working days)

There is little mention of the customs charge (mine was £90 for a £415 product - 21%)

Beware!! Do not order!

Beware!!! Do not order from them. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and paid shipping. Upon requesting a status update they said even though I paid for shipping it comes without tracing. This is a simple shipment within Europe and no possibility of knowing the where abouts. After reading all the negative reviews I believe I might have been scammed.

AVOID GROOVELAND WEBDITE!!

Do not order from this website. I ordered a Christmas present on December 1st 22 days later I still hadn't received anything and the item definitely won't make it on time for Christmas despite it saying delivery would take between 5-8days. No communication whatsoever from the company and all my emails ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS🤬

Still waiting and willing to give the benefit of doubt!

Three weeks ago I ordered a Kneecap vinyl. I waited and waited. Had to mail Grooves who were fantastic in their immediate response saying my order was not available (despite them never saying so at the point of order). I waited and waited. No mails since. I have now mailed them saying I want to know or demand a refund so I can go to a more reliable place. I wait to see if they can be recommended because my experience is responsive customer service but pants delivery>

Hidden charges

The website does not make it clear that additional charges are due as products are shipped from abroad. I had to pay import tax 20% plus a handling charge before the computer mo it or I had purchased and already paid for, was released from the customs warehouse. I could not return the goods as this would have incurred more handling charges. Buyer beware.

IVE BEEN CONNED!!I ordered some Christmas presents for…

I ordered some Christmas presents for my 4 year old granddaughter on 27th November but haven’t received anything just an email 2 weeks ago saying they were stuck in a German warehouse. When I tracked, they apparently can’t find the number. I think I’ve been conned & my granddaughter will be so disappointed. I’ve tried to contact them but haven’t had a reply. I’m devastated as can’t afford to spend any more money. I’m a 72 year old senior citizen on little income. I feel such an idiot;-((

Great service with regular updates

I was a little sceptical of purchasing the LG speakers from grooves.land - it wasn't a retailer I was familiar with and they were also overseas. However, the goods arrived as described and the communication from sale to delivery was excellent - from order it took 7 days for delivery but this was as described, so not a problem.
I wouldn't hesitate to use grooves.land again in the future!

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – Unresolved Refund and Return Issues
I purchased a motherboard from Groovesland and returned it via UPS, which was accepted by the company. However, when they received the package, they claimed the motherboard was "ruined" and refused to refund me.
I then requested the motherboard be sent back to me. Groovesland asked for €40 for return shipping, and I followed their instructions to make the payment via PayPal. Despite receiving confirmation from PayPal that the payment was successfully processed, Groovesland claimed they never received it.
To this day, I have not received my refund or the motherboard. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and resolution. I will be filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Groovesland, as their customer service and handling of returns has been unacceptable.
