Ordered a Panasonic UBC90EG

Ordered a Panasonic UBC90EG. Next day asked them to set the "set-up" language to English ( I know the factory set-up language is German because I have bought the machine, whichh is German,before from a German seller). They replied it is not possible to do this. This immediately raised my suspicions. Emailed them again and asked if it was not available for immediate delivery I would like to cancel the order and get a full refund. They did this within 2 days. My suspicion is their technique is to get customer's cash, invest it for the interest which accrues, and never fulfil the order. Beware, there is a similar online shop with identical layout as Grooves.land. Bill Adams28/11/2024

Bought a set of surround sound speakers…

Bought a set of surround sound speakers as the same ones in UK cost double,everything was easy,received confirmation email kept me informed about dispatch etc,no hidden cost,recieved exactly what was advertised,ordered took a little longer for delivery but I wasn't in a rush,I have to say I was very relieved as I read some of the reviews and it made my heart sink,but all.in all I have nothing to complain about and saved money,very happy customer.

Ordered a CD

Ordered a CD, they then tell me that there is a problem with despatch.
I asked them several questions, none of which they answered, always an excuse for delay in the post. They told me contact them if I do not receive it by 13 December.
Could have walked to Berlin and back again in that time.
They are useless. Don't touch them with a bargepole or anything else.

Bad customer service, not holding on to their word

Bad customer service. I sent back a vinyl lp that has arrived damaged. They said i should send it back with the cheapest option and thes reimburse me the costs, which i did immediately and attached the invoice.
After 4 Weeks i git back the initial price but kot my costs of shipment. After asking what happened i got a harsh response that they pay back the half of my costs as it was not the cheapest. They don‘t even know the system! Now a week after no response to my complaint. I am or depends on the answer of them, was, a regular and very good customer.

Should have done research before…

Should have done research before buying. Purchased Philips curved monitor as it looked like a good purchase price but did not factor in the customs/VAT/clearance fee to the UK...so my mistake. Product took full month to get from Germany to UK with slow communication from Grooves, lesson learnt and won't use again.

Scam company

Scam company. I got a tracking number and then asked to pay more money. I refused. They won't refund. Contacted my bank hope they can help.

I was getting nervous about my delivery…

I was getting nervous about my delivery after looking at the reviews but besides the nearly 3 week wait on my goods they arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was good. I haven't test the item yet as it is for a present but hopefully all will be ok. One star dropped for the length of time it took to get to me. The package was only coming from Germany to Ireland.

Think Twice

Bought an (expensive) toaster through them to save a little money. They said it was delivered....Searched, bothered neighbors etc. Then they said it was returned to them and they want to send it back...I said cancel...now they say they will refund the money when they recieve the item minus the return shipping costs. HUGE HASSLE. No wonder Amazon owns the world.

Rouge company do NOT USE.

Rouge company do NOT USE.
Wrong item sent, no returns label, pay return yourself.
Demand all their packaging and the item be repackaged and sent back and paid by you. So more expensive to send back.
Need to be reported and brought to justice.
