Over the past year, I have used both a grounding mat and pillowcase from Groundology. I have been pleasantly surprised how much grounding has helped me have better quality sleep and a recent medical procedure showed significant reduction in my level of inflammation. I have ordered another pillowcase so I can continue grounding while one is being laundered. Any enquiries I have are answered promptly and the staff are very helpful.

GROUNDOLOGY.....the speedy service... had my items within 3 days...the customer service...nothing is to much trouble for them to explain to me in an email...Its a company i would certainly recommend for your grounding items...

I was introduced to grounding by my nutritionist and I fell in love with the idea almost straightaway. However given weather in England, I know I must find a trustworthy indoor grounding tools as well. After extensive research, I found groundology. I bought mats, bands and heeling straps and I have been grounded as much as and as often as I can. While using a new product, I would have different questions. Groundology help team has been given me the best support and assurance with prompt response, detailed explanation, proactive educational guidance by sending supportive material to broaden my knowledge on grounding. I feel I am not alone in the journey of trying grounding and benefiting from it, instead I feel safe and positive with lots support from groundology.

Groundology have always been generous answering my questions about grounding. They've been around from before EMF products became hyped up. The bedding sheets and mats I've purchased last years and still work. Highly recommended.

I was reading into the topic for a while and it's all scientifically proven. I also got my dad a sheet and my mother as well, as I believe we all should sleep on them, whether that's a silver sheet or a cotton silver lined one. Highly recommend. I also use the matt for under my keyboard on my PC.

Does not work i spent the higher end for quality and have had no results at all absolute waste of time do not buy.
I even tested the sheet and pillow case with a qualified spark and its all false don't waste your money

I have Osteoarthritis in both my knees, my body has been aching for awhile.
On the second day of using the Soft Silver sheet I woke up without any body pain and my knees didn’t have that wincing pain. I had a spring in my step and my mind felt clear,

Product arrived promptly with careful packaging and comprehensive instructions on use. Customer services responded very quickly to a question I had. Have only had it one day so far so time will tell how effective it is but it seems very good quality.

i have been doing business with this company for donkey years. Prior my pension days. I have bought lot of products from them.

Over time Groundology has given me replacements.

For products, i prefer PVC grounding mats so i do not have to wash. Just wipe with water or non bleach spray. No bleach.

Fabric items: i forgot to use specialised soap and i lost conductivity …. But Groundology stepped in and offered me half price PVC grounding mat (full length which they had before). This was few years back.

I now have two large grounding mats for neck to toe length. I cannot live without them. I feel a big difference mentally and physically, without it.

I first bought from Amazon. It did not last long. Seller was awful! Washed their hands off me. Crooks. I then found Groundology.

I heard about Groundology on Youtube and decided to try them based on a very positive endorsement. I ordered the large mat and then later decided to try their half sheet. I've had multiple questions since I'm new to grounding and each time I've emailed I heard back very promptly and courteously. With each order, my product arrived within about 10 days (U.K. to U.S.). I'm pleased with the quality of the products and the care the Groundology team has given me to ensure I'm getting the most out of them.

I bought a soft silver grounding sheet which I used for about 4 months before I went back to see my specialist to see how my red blood cells and platelets were doing? My platelets had been off for years and my blood too thick. This had showed up for over 8 years, after using thf grounding sheet, my platelet and red blood cells are 100% m, the dr was so impressed he asked for the details of the grounding sheet for his clients

I’ve ordered 2-3 times from here and have always been satisfied. Recently I purchased a mat but the tab to connect the wire became loose within a week of use. I contacted them and they sent me a free returns label and repaired the mat and sent it back promptly. Highly reliable company with quick and efficient customer service

Update: I wrote this review before reading other reviews. I wanted to say that before ordering the mat I first ordered the bed sheet. Personally I didn’t notice any changes but I wouldn’t say that’s because it doesn’t work because similar to crystal therapy and other holistic therapies the results can vary. I found it to be quite difficult to manage with the washing and care instructions hence I ordered the mat and as it’s much cheaper. I haven’t noticed any changes with the mat either but interestingly I used my husband’s device ( no idea of the formal name) that tests if there’s current running through wires. When I placed it on the mat it went off ( it doesnt on inanimate objects such as a table) so I believe these products do what they say. As to whether others notice a difference is subjective and whilst I’ve not noticed any major changes I trust the company and am pleased with their customer service

Many thanks for the new grounding sheet. i used to have the single sheet but decided i would like to lie on it fully.
About 2 yrs ago my partner and I had great difficulties sleeping, nights were very broken. I did some research on grounding and earthing. And found groundology.ie. It all made complete sense. We ordered a sheet to put over the bottom of the bed. The first few nights we didnt notice a difference. We still kept using the sheet. After a couple of weeks we realised that our nights had completely changed. We slept much better, and the quality of the sleep had seriously improved.
I am looking forward to putting the new fully fitted sheet on.
I have since recommended it to many of my clients and they seem to experience the benefits too.
One example was a girl, 6 yrs old, who just couldnt sit still at all. With this sheet her nights are much better and her concentration has improved.

I ordered a few items including the soft silver pillowcase. The site says it's made from the same material as the soft silver sheet but I can't find anywhere what that may be. My immediate reaction upon opening was how badly it's made and how flimsy and baggy. At £79 I expected better. Unhelpfully the fitting port is inside the pillow case. Unpleasant to use, it feels synthetic and made my head sweat. I'll stick with the lovely organic cotton fitted sheet I bought from another company. Also I'd read online that it's difficult with this company to get the discounts it offers, and so it proved. I had to remind them as on neither order had they applied the discounts despite my having supplied the relevant details during the ordering process.

Incredibly disappointed with this product and company.

I bought an earthing sheet for my 40th birthday, read the reviews and thought despite the high cost (£120) for the half sheet, it was a sound investment.

We’ve had zero results. Contacted customer service who advised to stay hydrated and keep trying. Nothing.

I asked about returns - if you’ve opened it and laid on it, no chance of getting your money back.

Convinced it wasn’t working, I bought a multimeter. If you’re a complete layman with electrics this is confusing as anything.

I contacted customer service asking for help and received a snarky response that they don’t have the resources to instruct me on how to use a multimeter.

Oh you can send it back to them, but if they deem it functional they won’t return your money.

In the end, having spent hours figuring out why we weren’t experiencing any benefits, and how to check the item, I gave up. Losing the cash to a poor product and the frustration of dealing with customer service, likely caused more imbalance than if I’d just not bothered buying a grounding sheet.

I recently bought several items from groundology and have been very disappointed with the silver sheet. I was told it was a stronger conductor then the standard bed sheet and that placing it under my bedsheet it would still work. However over a month of use and I feel no benefits. I really regret not just buying the normal bed sheet and sadly the company offer no refunds or exchanges which I find to be very poor customer service. On the other hand the small mat which I use under my feet at my desk has felt like its helping. Overall though the poor customer service and false advertising around the silver sheets effectiveness has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be buying from this company again. If they are so confident in their product then they should be offering exchanges and refunds.
