I bought many grounding mats, for my feet and for my desktop to have my hands on it when playing or just sitting at my desk. Also bought the bed sheet and they are all worth it. You feel more, you feel better, sleep better, get less sick. Even my younger sister who gets sick often has now become very less sick according to my mother after i bought them also bed sheet. I have bought any products from this company and will keep doing it for as long as they stand.

I was not forgotten by the Groundology Team! As I thought my first package was lost (because I didn't receive it), I've bought the products again, because they're sooo great!!

I recently purchased 5 grounding mats from Groundology. They arrived within a few days and all correspondence with Bigi was answered straight away. Yesterday I had another query which again was answered within a day with links for further information. I cannot fault the help I’ve received, I will definitely continue buying from them and recommend their products, informative website and customer service to all.

I bought two products (standard kit North America) and received two testers for North America which I did not order (price of each tester: €11.69). Customer service
tells me it says so on their website, but I can't see anything. On the website you can clearly see that the tester is offered as an accessory. The photo of the kit on the site is therefore completely misleading and does not correspond to the product sold, as it shows an earth connection plug and not a tester.
I've been offered the chance to return the testers but I'm not going to because I don't have the time to waste on that and, above all, because it's going to cost me more than the testers themselves. They'll go straight into the bin.

Had one of their grounding mats for 4 years. Only recently got a testing device that proved it had a fault. They replaced it with a new one without a quibble. Customer service like this is exceptionally rare.

im in cambodia, and ordered twice from gorundology. the first was delivered- the second got "held up" (pilfered, ignored or trashed) by the trusty customs here. but groundology sent a duplicae order, no questions asked, and that made it through.

Amazing- must have

As soon as we start using, we saw difference. Also, working being under stress, my whoop detected no stress while I was grounding, and without stress level was always high/medium. Highly recommended, will buy another one. Also communication with company was smooth and easy. Thank you for all assistance.

Customer service is excellent. I had a few queries with the products I purchased and emailed for advice and information. The response time was fantastic and the replies very helpful.
Compared to other companies that specialise in Earthing products Groundology is very reasonable in its pricing. I was even given a 'new customer discount' when the 'voucher' I obtained on the internet proved to be invalid. I thought that was most decent of them.

When I came across the idea of grounding (I watched the Earthing movie) it made so much sense to me, and it made me realise just how little I connected with the ground myself. It seems such a common sense thing to do, but so few of us do it regularly. We have forgotten that the earth can heal us.

So I started grounding myself every day and really started to feel a difference - better sleep, feeling calmer, and the pain from the plantar fasciitis I've had for the past 18 months really started to resolve. I then started to look into earthing mats, and found Groundology, an excellent UK website with a great range of products and information about grounding. The website was very easy to use, I received a very quick response to a query I had, and the order I placed was sent out very quickly. I now use a grounding mat at work, and one at night at home. I still ground outside every morning and night, and I'll go barefoot whenever I can when out walking through the day. I've just placed an order for a recovery bag, which I think will be a great benefit for my husband.

Earthing is simply the greatest asset for health care that I know of. In the year since I started Earthing several health concerns have been either greatly improved or cured completely. My body feels as though it is gradually being ‘reset’ to function as it should. Groundology supply all you need & for a more than reasonable price. Fast delivery & helpful advice if you have questions. It is worth buying the Earthing book, sold by Groundology.
I am very surprised by the negative reviews. In my experience the one or two people I know who haven’t found Earthing helpful were not using the equipment correctly. Like sleeping on the Mat wearing pyjamas! Or using Earthing for too short a time, or only intermittently. To get the full benefit I believe one should incorporate Earthing into one’s daily life, just like brushing one’s teeth.
I suffered a severe Burn Out ten years ago, which left me with many complicated health problems. Earthing is the only thing that has corrected, & in some cases cured, them. One needs to be patient. Some results were felt very quickly, others appeared over time. Finally, I have always found Groundology to be courteous & helpful.
