Enquired about a Honda at £9495. Asked if the wet belt had been replaced, they didn’t know and wanted me to go 50/50 for the privilege. Decided to contact previous service myself who confirmed it was done. Offered £9000 and was told to decide within 2 hours and take away same day without new MOT. Went next day and exhaust blows with rattling underneath, was then told price is back at £9495 as I didn’t react to the pressure sale the day before. Then offered just £95 off to cover the MOT and exhaust. Walked away. Poor all round.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Rubia for the great service. She was really friendly and easy to talk to, and made everything feel simple and relaxed rather than stressful.
She took the time to explain things properly and made sure I was comfortable with everything, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a good job and looking after customers.
Overall, a really positive experience, thanks again Rubia!

I was looking for 2023 or newer C Class premium plus at Mercedes-Benz of Warrington. Your sales James Li offered me a 2023 C Class premium plus for test drive. At that moment, he had never told me what is the difference between 2023, 2024 and 2025. Until I purchased and collected the car, I found that the car has no rear passenger usb port and hands-free access for tailgate was not working. I sent message to James for asking, he still thought that I don't know how to use it and showed a picture to me how to use the hands-free access. After I went to Mercedes-Benz of Derby for service checking, Mercedes-Benz of Derby told me that 2023 version has no rear passenger usb port and hands-free access for tailgate. I was shocked since my all previous Mercedes-Benz (since 2016) have hands-free access for tailgate function. Why didn't your sales James Li tell me this car has no rear passenger usb port and no hands-free access for tailgate? When I asked him, he even didn't has any apologies for that.
When I was purchasing the car, your sales James Li promised me to provide a new car plate for my personlised registration number. However, I didn't receive it when I collected my car. After asked James, he said that the cleaning company had forgotten to put it back into the car and he will make sure the car plate will be sent it to me. Until now (1 month later), I still haven't received it and your sales James Li has no reply my message since 15 Jun 2026.
Is this the performance of your sales and aftersales in Mercedes-Benz of Warrington?
When can I receive my new car plate and any other salesperson I can believe and talk?

I had a fantastic experience working with John Payne from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the entire process, always taking the time to offer support and clear communication.
The whole experience was smooth, straightforward, and far less stressful than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend John and the Hailsham branch to anyone looking for an excellent service.

I attended the Audi Chingford branch. The staff were really polite and Jake was very helpful in explaining things related to my car service.

My experience with Audi Macclesfield was, unfortunately, the worst I’ve had with any Audi dealership.
My car was booked in from 08:45 and remained with the dealership all day. At 17:00 I received the promised call, only to be told that their diagnostic computer couldn’t identify the fault I’d reported. The issue wasn’t an intermittent electrical fault – it was condensation building up inside the glass of the virtual door mirrors. Expecting a diagnostic computer to detect visible condensation is like plugging a Mac into a steamed-up bathroom mirror and expecting it to tell you the mirror has misted over.
When I used that analogy, rather than listening to my concern, the service advisor became defensive, interrupted me several times and the conversation quickly deteriorated.
The technician then joined the call and told me I should have taken photographs of the issue. That’s a perfectly reasonable request, but it was never mentioned when I booked the vehicle in. Had I been asked, I would have happily provided them before the appointment.
After returning home I spent five minutes searching online and found that condensation in Audi virtual mirrors appears to be a well-documented issue discussed by numerous owners. That left me wondering why the dealership seemed completely unaware of something that appears to be a known problem.
To top it off, I asked if the Dealer Principal could call me, only to be told he’d already gone home early. That summed up the experience: very little ownership, poor communication and a “computer says no” approach rather than genuine customer service.
I’ve owned Audis for years and expect much better from the brand. Sadly, this experience has been enough for me to take my business elsewhere. In future I’ll be using Audi Crewe, where I hope customer service and leadership are held to a much higher standard.

Terrible after sales customer service. Took countless emails and three telephone calls to get service plan sorted despite explaining difficult personal circumstances and need to get it sorted. Emails were curt at best, unhelpful and offered what I can only describe as an insincere apology. Disappointing.

Firstly may i add that at nearly 70 and with a brain tumor I do not need this added stress and anxiety.
My car is well maintained and just recorded 15,000 miles.
At the weekend the yellow transmission light appeared and i called out green flag who diagnosed the Alternator needs replacing.
He felt this was unusual for a car with such a low mileage and online reports echo this and state they should last 80,000-150,000 miles.
I reported this to my local chester dealership who want £420 to diagnose the fault, whereas the wolverhampton dealership want just over £200, why is there such a large discrepency ?
We need the car on the road urgently for us both to attend hospital appointments etc. I am speaking to trading Standards who are giving me good advise. They add that i should also be compensated for getting the car to the dealership and the fact i cannot drive to the airport for a holiday tomorrow, so we now need to spend £200.00 on a taxi ! Please can you respond urgently.
I have proof in the form of photos of the warning lights if required. reg if required is BV21 UOR

Abysmal experience, told servicing would be free over the phone and then charged through the roof in branch. Would not recommend under any circumstances, will never take out a service plan again. Chris the customer service manager is particularly rude and unhelpful.

Wokingham Site: visited week 22-25 June 2026
First Impressions: This site has well positioned disabled parking by the entry way into the site, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other sites who like to hide theirs!
The staff are very polite and approachable. David Walsh - the salesman who spotted my husband and I when we were wandering around the lot trying to locate a bright yellow Ford Puma Gen-e (😂) - was very informative, and he was able to help us find the same model, much closer to the building for us to look around it (it was also in a less vibrant colour!).
Given my unease with driving in unknown areas, and the circumstances behind why we were looking to buy, he went out of his way to enable my husband and I to test drive a demonstrator car which allowed me to get a feel for the car in a more relaxed environment, on roads well known to me. That meant that I could concentrate on both the roads and the car, rather than worrying about getting lost (I have no sense of direction, and stick to driving locally for the main part as I still require a car for family reasons).
Whilst the models available at the time did not have the necessary extras (360 degree cameras and the heated seats needed for my mobility issues), they were willing to discuss the option of transporting a model with this kit from another site - which would have required them to take on ownership of it - as well as keeping an eye out for another car with the required kit.
I cannot fault the customer service provided on both occasions, and the helpfulness of the staff members I had contact with. They provide approachability without the pressures of a hard sell, making your experience as stress free as they are able.
I would recommend this particular site to others.

I had a really good experience from these folks. Prior to purchasing the staff member Ash was very communicative and responsive to my emails and questions. On site the car was prepared nicely, showed to me in a separate room so I could check over the vehicle, and then we did the part exchange and paperwork which was completed efficiently. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Dealing with Porsche Centre Portsmouth was a delight - helpful, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. They sourced a new car super quick (in days not months) and were brilliant at answering queries and assisting with follow ups. Jose Galego in particular was a superb sales manager, and I would fully recommend him and his colleagues in the future.

Fantastic experience with Simon Foster at VW Macclesfield supported very well by Alexander Evans. From start to finish the buying experience was simple, the price was very competitive and Simon was thoroughly professional from Payment to vehicle collection.

3rd purchase of new car, very pleased with the deal, always buy with Marcus Broad as very friendly spends the time explaining everything I need to know, also all the staff are very friendly. Would probably be easier to use my local vw branch but as Lowestoft has been so friendly and never feels like they are hard selling. I had one issue with the first car I purchased which was 2nd hand but it was swiftly sorted out to my convenience without having to drive back to Lowestoft which is another reason for going back as the after sales and services seem to also be faultless.

I’ve been with Toyota now for 6 years and have even got the EMac service. No problems until…
I received an email off them after my service and MOT to say it’s a courtesy email asking if I would like to bring my car in and they will look at the minor faults so it will save me money in the long run. I jumped at the chance then the problems began.
The actual link wouldn’t work and just highlighted the logo bigger. I then emailed a member of staff and he unfortunately couldn’t be arsed getting back to me. I then went to the Toyota place and showed the girl the problem with the link. She said a member of staff will be with you shortly, this turned into 15 minutes whilst staff seemed to walk around on mobile phones and customers got served before me even though I was there first.
I then walked out and emailed Toyota’s main page. I got a reply saying my complaint will be forwarded on to the manager at Toyota and they will get back to you. Did they? Did they hell. I’m seriously considering cancelling my eMac direct debit as there’s just no customer service and I’m just so annoyed at the messing around Toyota have put me through.
I’ve had no problems with Toyota until this. Not acceptable.
