Great prices on seeds, so much cheaper than any shops. Customers service is great. We had one order that didn't arrive in the mail and it was dealt with very quickly.

Carrots germinated very well, so many more seeds than the usual growers, excellent value.

Groseed offers a fantastic selection of seeds, and my order arrived right on time. Although there were a couple of missing seed packs, the team quickly resolved the issue—they apologized sincerely and even included a free gift coupon to make up for it.

The real standout is the incredible germination rate—95-100% success across a wide variety of vegetables and herbs, including different types of lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers, plus dill, coriander, flat-leaf parsley, and fennel. That’s what truly matters, and Groseed delivers!

Placed an order and never received the item. Contacted the customer service and was told that a replacement had been sent. No tracking number. After a week still nothing. Have sent three follow up emails to request tracking numbers and am ignored. Now looking into opening a fraud case with my bank.

Initially, the order did not arrive. I contacted Growseed (quite annoyed) and Gerry not only apologised, but immediately sent out a new order with two extra (free) items and also offered a full refund. The new shipment arrived, but I turned down the refund offer. I had received more than what I had paid for. Gerry's communication and customer service was exemplary throughout the process. He is to be applauded.

I have a very large allotment so buy a lot of seeds and supplies. Just by way of a change, I purchased some seeds from another company. The germination rate was absolute rubbish so I switched back to GS. They use fresh good quality seeds and the germination rate is so much better than anything else I’ve tried. I recently ordered some bird netting to keep the little varmints off my gooseberries. There was a small mix up with the postage but John was on it straight away and I received it the next day. We had a lovely email exchange and he was so incredibly helpful and reassuring. From here on in I shall stick to this totally brilliant company. Great prices, great quality products, good range and spot on customer service.
