As requested my full order was sent together, the time I waited for the elephant garlic was so worth it. Can't wait to get planting next Spring. Everything was well protected and easily trackable, I'll be back for more seeds at some point.

I ordered some seeds which didn't arrive. I called Growseed and a replacement was dispatched immediately. Fast, friendly service. A pleasure to do business with.

good price, quantity and, Service
Seeds wer ordered and received when stated, They were well packed, The quantity of seeds supplied were sufficent for the average gardener so that there was no wasted seeds unlike some of the major seed suppliers. Due to the time of year I cannot judge the germination rate.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service! I ordered some buckets from Growseed but the buckets never came, so I contacted customer service. John was very helpful and dispatched a new set of buckets, which are delivered to my doors a week after my initial contact to customer service. A bit of an unfortunate situation, but, just like gardening, sometimes unexpected things come along and I am just glad that customer service is helpful in my situation.

Order recieved quickly.
Tomatoe truss clips not quite the same as shown on the web site,but hopefully OK.
As for the seeds,as they only arrived today, its a bit early to tell.

Delivery a bit slow…but not Growseed’s fault.
I ordered on a Friday and paid extra for Royal Mail 24 delivery. The item was only despatched on Tuesday and not delivered until the following Friday.
However, the item (watering can spray bar) works well.
Addendum: Am advised delay was due to Royal Mail’s misleading service name. Royal Mail 24 does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. So, not Growseed’s fault.

Sadly we have no control over the postal system, Royal Mail 24 is just the service name they provide and there is no guarantee that the item will arrive within the next day window. We do ask customers to allow 10 working days on all orders to arrive regardless of the service selected.
