Never dealt with such an incompetent company. Having worked the motor trade for 7 years - I have never heard/worked with a company so unprofessional. The company lied about the delivery fee just as they were about to take an holding deposit and send order forms. Plus the trying to take holding deposits on cars not in stock.

I think budget needs to be spent on making sure staff are trained properly and our upto date on TCF regulation.

My Vehicle broke down and was contemplating on how I could get a lease car. I came across this company information and I decided to complete their online form. Few minutes later I got a response from one of the sales manager Mr Jamie Wiggins. Within few minutes he has completed the paperwork and gave me approval for the car. His professionalism was outstanding, customer service excellent. Mr Wiggins you are an asset to the company and a shinning Star. Keep up the good work.

I’ve used GRS for nearly 4 years now as when I originally started using them I had bad credit.
Over the years they have been nothing short of excellent the service they provide is exceptional. Especially if you’re waiting for your credit rating to improve they are the go to leasing company. Even now when I probably could lease with another company I wouldn’t as I’ve got to know the team over time and when I’ve needed help they have come up trumps every time.

I got a Van from GRS, must say Hannah is great to deal with she keep me updated all the way and was okay with me picking up the the vehicle few days befor arrange day, she did her best to make sure that the vehicle is in Great condition like it just come out of the Factory. Highly recommend these guys look forward doing more business with them soon.

Received delivery of car yesterday, car was immaculate inside and out, lovely little Kia picanto, Bill the delivery driver was brilliant - showed me what was what on the car. Hannah at GRS was extremely helpful and patient with me :) Been a pleasure to deal with - thank you :)

In 2024, I required a new car to accommodate both work and family needs. I had the privilege of acquiring one through GRS Motors, where Hannah professionally facilitated the process. She presented various options, clearly indicating the availability timelines for each.
Hannah demonstrated patience and did not exert pressure during my decision-making. I am now enjoying the car of my choice and wholeheartedly recommend GRS Motors and Hannah to anyone in search of their next vehicle.

Excellent experience, Jamie and Hannah have been super helpful throughout I even ended up with a better van than I originally went for, Peter delivered my van on time and was a complete gentleman, huge thumbs up and will definitely recommend to others.

Really awful company - so rude, aggressive, intimidating and unreasonable.
They do not comply with legal standards, certainly not financial ones and will stop at nothing to rake in extra fianances they are not reasonably entitled to.

Had a brand new Berlingo Van delivered yesterday from GRS
The whole process from start to finnish ran smoothly, online paperwork was straightforward and quick

This is incredibly straightforward company.
What they say on the website is exactly what you get. No hidden surprises, cars are available immediately, not like other companies where you have to wait for them to source it from elsewhere, no extra checks or conditions like many others who just waste your time.
Prompt replies and detailed information, returning your calls right away etc, one of the best customer service I've ever experienced in this industry.
Massive shout out to Jamie who was looking after me and took care of everything in a flash :)
I have decided to go ahead with these guys after reading their excellent reviews and to be honest having some bad experiences with other rental companies who just promise but don't deliver I have to say GRS Motor Group in Wales is rocking.
