This company is a SCAM watch out!!!!!!
These guys are almost as bad as a scam.
I cancelled their service years ago as i dont need the barcodes anymore. But they keep sending me 350 euro bills every year, from their lawyers. Today their lawyers garnished my account. I tried to cancel twice now, they never answer my emails. Just keep sending me bills. I believe its time I need to consult a lawyer of my own.
Be very careful, choose another provider if you can. They will not let you cancel, or make it extremely difficult.
Update: I spoke with them on the phone. They told me I no longer have an active account 2 weeks ago. I assume the matter was finally resolved (ongoing for 3 years now). Today I received a bill again for more barcodes...I am now seeking legal counsel to help me cancel my account with them. WARNING: You can not cancel your account here....they will do everything they can to trick you, especially if you are a foreigner. This company should be closed by consumer protection.
