This company is a joke. Their interface is extremely difficult to use/understand and is not at all user friendly. Their policies are rigid and their customer support is nonexistent. Their troubleshooting is fluff and does not address any real issues that customers face. A solid company would stand by its product and support its customers.
Haven't used my account in years, didn't know these guys were charging me the whole time until they sent a collections letter. I tried to talk to them but they won't show any courtesy even though my account was inactive for a very long time. I didn't Ask for automatic renewals every year. They won't cancel my account until payment is made which basically holds you hostage. Amazon sellers be very careful with these people. Unless I get my refund I'll make sure to continue raising awareness so others don't fall victim to this.
this company/organization is the worst. they make it impossible to add products, bulk add, etc. the "errors" aren't errors at all. You can't fix a UPC once you made it - even if you never used it at all - it's just GONE forever. Their support is BS and useless. Nothing about these people is nice, good, or fair. They are a monopoly and deserve to be shamed. SHAME SHAME SHAME!
Dreadful. It's 21st century and they can't make their softeware work. Frustrating.
