I ordered a JCB hoodie on Wednesday 29/11/23 and received it on Monday 04/12/23. It’s a great hoodie and at a good price compared to lots of other places selling the same hoodie a lot dearer. I received email confirmation of my order at the time of purchase and I also received an email 2 days later stating that my order was on its way. It was sent by Royal Mail and a tracking number was provided so I could keep an eye on it. Thank you very much GS Workwear, it’s much appreciated 😃👍🏻

Placed an order on the 4/10/23 for 4 jackets £222.56 with this company to be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked. After waiting 12 days I had not been contacted and I had not received the items, to be told the parcel was supposedly delivered on the 05/10 and received by myself at the door at 11.20am. I expressed that I was not even home at that time so this is false and has not happened. By the way this was not Royal Mail but DPD. So after numerous emails back and forth GS Workwear has decided that I am to be the loser of my hard earned money, because they had sent my goods out for delivery the cheapest way possible, with DPD not Royal Mail as stated on the invoice, with not even a signature on delivery needed, and as far as they are concerned there is nothing they can do so it is my lose. Disgusted is a understatement.

Don't know what has happened here. The jacket I ordered said 5-7 days. Ordered on 30th October and it still hasn't been despatched. I will update my review if it ever arrives.

Update, my order arrived 2 weeks after placing it. It was as described so I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. Ok, if you don't mind waiting.

No problems at all, my order was with me 16 days from placing the order and this was only due to the fact that the boots I ordered were out of stock, but they got them for me. Customer service communication was excellent, (thank you Lottie C) and the pricing was cheaper than other stockists. I would buy from GSWorkwear again and i would recommend them.

I'm on the heavier side, so I wear extra large clothes.

However, I forgot coats are given sizes including length of arms etc, not just waist.

I ordered the wrong size, it was clearly my fault, as they have the size chart on their website.

I was expecting an issue, but they sent a replacement with no squabble, no extra charge and they didn't even point out it was my fault lol.

The Coat was a high-quality Haley Hanson, £40 cheaper on their website than others.

I will shop again.

BEWARE lies lies lies, slow delivery, may have to contact my bank, i should have read the reviews first.

I read the reviews prior to ordering and I was a bit sceptical but considering they had all the things I wanted and they were all considerably cheaper then other options, I decided to go for it. To give you a timeframe, I placed my order on Tuesday the 3rd, and nothing happend all week on the shop app, it just said order placed. Then on Monday the 9th, I got a message to say the order had been shipped with a royal mail tracking number but It didn't work until Wednesday morning of the 11th saying it was at the Bristol MC, It looked like it was stuck there not moving any further north, and I checked the tracking again Thurs 12th, and it was out for delivery to my house. It looks they possibly send all orders made the previous week on a Monday and Tuesday. Overall I am very happy with my order and would use GSworkwear again.

Placed an order and did not arrive. Contacted the customer services and they refunded it in 24 hours of my email to them. So at least it was not a scam but still disappointed that couldn't get the item.

Avoid using these go to a reputable company that will deliver your products on time
I placed an order for boots which they stated would be delivered in 3 days after a week I contacted them to see where my order was
They responded that they were having issues but said they would still be able to fulfill my order
Yet again I have still no delivery date and when contacted by phone was met with hostility when asked for an immediate refund
They were quick enough to take the money before they processed the order??????

Really easy shopping experience. Greta price, arrived really quickly. Needed to exchange and the process couldn’t have been any easier. Best company I have done on line shopping with in a long time.

Saw the negative reviews on here and was a little apprehensive about ordering. Ordered bulk work gloves from them that I like to wear at a great price. Ordered and delivered when stated no problems at all.

Do not trust. treat people very badly

So I ordered a work jacket and saw that some bad reviews. So I worried a little dropped them an email and got a response within a few hours saying not to worry everything was in had and my jacket would be dispatched soon then later that same day another email arrived saying it had been dispatched then another with tracking information and 11am the next day a knock on the door it’s Saturday and boom the HH jacket arrived 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction.

Scam, never deliver the product.

Ordered online as said jacket in stock. Two days later email received saying "Don't worry we have not forgotten about you, we are just processing your order"
No further contact from them and cannot call and online chat never works. Can only contact them by online form so there is no audit trail of you contacting them.
Submitted online form for full refund and no response however as only means of contacting them. Will take up with my credit card company and get my money back.

Still waiting three weeks for a delivery , emailed three times and received automated response saying they will be in touch but don’t bother , don’t buy from this company

Liars!!
Advised I’d accidentally put the wrong delivery address and gave them the new address. Was informed that they had updated and “not to worry”.
Was told that they had changed it
When it came to dispatch, I double checked.
They hadn’t changed it atall,
even though I had told them almost a week before it was sent what the correct address was.
Emailed them about this and have had no reply.

A terrible company with no care for customer service and zero after sale service.

AVOID

Genuine. Excellent website with great choice. Perfect size chart. Easy ordering. Delivery takes a little over 7 days but safe and secure delivery. Always kept updated on order status by email or by signing up to check yourself. They also have live chat during the week. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommended.
I’ve had quite a few orders from them with no issues. Never had to return anything. They do accept returns if items don’t fit etc but obviously the customer would pay the return postage, unless items are faulty or defective, which I think is only fair. If everybody sent things back and expected postage to be paid by the company, they’d be out of business.

Selling items they don’t have in stock!

Said they had 100 pairs in stock but then didn’t dispatch and couldn’t tell me when they would dispatch.

Seems like they do this often, maybe it’s some sort of scam??

Ordered an item and waited 8 days for a confirmation of dispatch . No emails responded to until I called the customer service dept . Not prepared to wait over 2 weeks for an item
