Since I don't speak Dutch, I'm guessing that this is about rating the "experience". In a word, fantastic! The staff were all friendly and professional. The voyage under the sea was everything that I was looking for.

Nice people, slightly chaotic service
We ordered via a smartphone (as you do on holiday). The indicated address was kind of vague so you wander there, but a large collection of jetski's gives at least a clue. But when asked, people said that they were not GuideAndGo so I was puzzled. Looked around in the neighbourhood again but found nothing. Then went back and talked to someone else who said that she believed that they did business with guideandgo. Then to the manager who said that they indeed did business with guideandgo. Then I did not have the voucher printed (which was in the email I must admit but did not read that as soon as I saw the voucher was in), anyhow, it would make sense to make the people aware that they work with/for guideandgo.
When everything was finally settled, the people were very nice and the jetkskiing was really great!!
