Leanne Woods has been exceptional, she has kept us informed every step of the way. We have signed a new Business Gas & Electricity contract through Guild, Leanne has done everything for us, even monitoring our electricity usage to ensure we are correctly billed. With her having a direct account manager with British Gas it has been very helpful and she has even took on an ongoing compliant with them and is dealing with this efficiently and keeping us updated.
