TO RESPOND TO GUILDS RESPONSE: Absoltue lies that I didn’t want you to carry out my renewal. I have an email from John Hartley from back in May confirming the contract was completed and found out 2 days ago that this wasn’t true, he had lied about it. Your complaints team has already been in touch and accepted full responsibility. This company are not to be trusted.
ORIGINAL POST:Contract was never completed by this company although I was reassured everything was dealt with. Leaving me on a high out of contract price for 7 months. This company are relentless with regards to making contact they put you under a lot of pressure and I can only assume each employee works from commisson.

Stephen Cavanagh is genuinely interested in helping business save money on their energy bills, and if he is typical of the caliber of the staff employed by Guild Energy I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Stephen worked really hard to secure the Charity a refund of almost £10,000 on overpaid bills. He worked out that we were being massively overcharged for our usage as well as paying too much VAT and a Climate Change Levy, which he then helped us to recoup. Stephen is a man of integrity, he does what he says. He is knowledgeable and helpful and works tirelessly on behalf of his customers.

John helped me through forward buying and then just took control over the whole process so I could get on with end of year accounts. I feel very fortunate to have found Rebecca Beglin at Guild Energy (actually, she found me!).
I get a high number of cold calls from extremely pushy energy consultants, which puts me off straight away. You will not experience this from Rebecca at all.
I have now been working closely with her over the past 12 months, not only to help me obtain the most competetive rates, but to help me with issues I have had with exisiting suppliers that I was locked in with. All this despite the fact that I had not yet entered into ANY contracts through her!
I cant speak highly enough of Rebecca, she is professional, reliable and honest.

We have renewed our energy suppliers…
We have renewed our energy suppliers with Craig McVeigh for the last 2 years. He has taken the stress out of renewing, as everything is done for you, and manages to offer the best prices. We have had a problem with our metre, Craig has help to resolve the issue despite this not being a part of the service. The after sales service is excellent.

I can't rate John high enough he's approachable and takes time to explain everything. I don't normally deal with utility bills as I find it all a pain trying to talk to suppliers etc but this has been so easy, if we've got a problem we've contacted John and he resolves any matters promptly.
