I was contacted by Rebecca Beglin regarding our Electricity contract. I found her to be extremely polite, courteous and professional in her conduct and was always a pleasure talking to her. I was very impressed with her work ethics and have no doubt, she has got qualities which are rear to find in workforce now a days. In my opinion she is a credit to Guild Energy.

John Galvin from Guild Energy is my wonderful contact In all my years of buying Gas and Electricity I have never come across an honest salesman as I have with John, a true gent who does as he says and generally looks after you truly well, he does also makes sure you are aware of all detail of hidden charges whatever meter you may have and generally puts your mind at ease to know that he will complete the necessary work going forward too.
I currently buy for 3 branch's and I am very happy to be looked after by John from Guild Energy ;o))

The warmth of his voice, his seemingly honest and caring nature made me interested in what he had to say. After many questions about my invoices from British Gas he clearly explained the new favourable terms. Guild Energy and our contact John Galvin have been absolutely brilliant with our company(Joinery) and achieved us the best prices on both gas & electric. Any queries or new requests and John deals with them straight away, always with a suitable outcome and he always keeps in contact. I would definitely recommend this company for both businesses and individuals.

To be honest I haven't had good experiences before but Stephen Cavanagh has made this one a very good experience. It's hard to catch me whilst at work as I see to customers while I'm here and I don't always have time for telephone conversation but Stephen worked with me. We have been dealing with Des Harris for over 3 months now and cannot fault his service. He is reliable in that he always answers our queries quickly and efficiently. He has a kind manner and nothing is too much trouble. He provides excellent attention to detail and is a complete pleasure to do business with.

I was contacted by Mitch Smith regarding our energy contracts and at the time we were about to move premises so asked him to phone me back a couple of months later. He was not pushy from us to sign up with Guild Energy and he arranged all our contracts with different energy companies to get the best rates and even after more than six months is still sorting out one of our new building for the gas supply.
No messing about for ourselves he sorts it to the best of his ability which is what I needed due to not having knowledge of gas and electricity consumptions.

Our experiences with utility agencies and providers have never been good, which is why we can't thank Guild Energy highly enough, and in particular our Accounts Manager, Scott Geyer. We had a really tricky gas meter situation and needed a new commercial gas account setting up with a suitable provider, and Scott sorted out everything perfectly. It wasn't an easy process because of the complexities involved, but Scott hand-held us through the process, was always friendly and supportive and, most importantly, he got the job done and completed properly.

I am happy to say that Ashley Donaldson was extremely helpful and totally professional in dealing with our energy renewal process. In fact, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and got the deal we wanted in spite of other brokers/companies trying to interfere.
I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
