I was contacted by Mitch Smith regarding our energy contracts and at the time we were about to move premises so asked him to phone me back a couple of months later. He was not pushy from us to sign up with Guild Energy and he arranged all our contracts with different energy companies to get the best rates and even after more than six months is still sorting out one of our new building for the gas supply.
No messing about for ourselves he sorts it to the best of his ability which is what I needed due to not having knowledge of gas and electricity consumptions.

Our experiences with utility agencies and providers have never been good, which is why we can't thank Guild Energy highly enough, and in particular our Accounts Manager, Scott Geyer. We had a really tricky gas meter situation and needed a new commercial gas account setting up with a suitable provider, and Scott sorted out everything perfectly. It wasn't an easy process because of the complexities involved, but Scott hand-held us through the process, was always friendly and supportive and, most importantly, he got the job done and completed properly.

I am happy to say that Ashley Donaldson was extremely helpful and totally professional in dealing with our energy renewal process. In fact, she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and got the deal we wanted in spite of other brokers/companies trying to interfere.
