I have worked with Ashley Donaldson on securing a better energy and water deal for some time now and after a previous bad experience with another energy broker (who will remain nameless) I was apprehensive. However Ashley's hard work and dedication to the Charity I represent has restored my faith and I would absolutely use Guild again in the future.

I have worked with Ashley Harrison from Guild Energy. Ashley helped me out with the energy renewal for our social club and all i can say is what an absolute gent! Slick service, competitive prices and a professional persona... top marks!!!

I dealt with Des Harris who provided an excellent service, helpful but not pushy and always explained everything well.

When is comes around to either changing suppliers or coming to the end of an existing contract, we were inundated with pushy companies vying for our business; when you say to these companies they have been beaten, they then offer to match and not offer this in the beginning? This was not the case the Guild Energy. They quoted with a range of options (were the best prices) and then left us alone while we considered it. Very professional, helpful and, as previously mentioned, beat their rivals on price. Will definately use them for a 3rd time when our new contract expires.

Really happy to have Guild energy looking after our Utilities; not just gas and electricity but water too. Our account manager David helps us manage our costs and was instrumental in identifying how we could save money by changing water supplier.

What a great experience, so much better than some other companies that I've previously dealt with. John Galvin was excellent, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my question... he was upbeat and fun and always put a smile on my face. I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing for the business and John was great at talking though my queries. I would certainly recommend you give Guild Energy a try.

I really like Guild Energy. Craig was really, really helpful and answered all my queries, without me feeling he was in it just for the sale. I have used Guild Energy over the past couple of years and will hopefully be using them in the future.

I dealt with Ashley Donaldson over several properties. She proved effective, giving really good prices very quickly. Would I use her again? Certainly. She listened to our needs and proposed solutions that worked for us. When there were problems such as odd metering on-site, she found us good solutions. We are happy.

I have absolutely no problem in recommending Guild Energy at all. I have been working with Isaac Thompson who is a Lead Contract Negotiator. I found Isaac to be courteous and efficient in his approach with excellent customer focused skills. He successfully negotiated a much better price with my existing supplier when the contract was up for renewal. As a business user I have little time for re-establishing connections with new suppliers so to be able to stay at a better price against their renewal quote and against the market was excellent. Isaac also regularly touches base with me to make sure I am happy with the service. Excellent all round.

Guild Energy helped us with our energy contracts from last year. Our account manager, Megan Barker is extremely helpful. If we ever have any questions we ring Megan and she sorts out all our queries on the same day.
Not only do they provide the best deals they are also a pleasure to work with.

Guild are a real pleasure to work with, as one of their energy suppliers they are by far and away the most profesional, always get together all of their customer's requirements, really focus on accuracies and the customer receiving the absolute best rate for them specifically and keep up the service levels throughout contracts, not simply dissapearing after contracts are signed. Megan Barker in particular goes above and beyond.
