Hi , I spoke with Sam yesterday i would just like to say that she was amazing, and resolved my issues, quickly and effortlessly without any problems , it’s so refreshing to finally have knowledgeable helpful people who actually know what they’re doing, also knowing that Guinness partnership group are now my landlord is an absolute dream, I asked Shepherd’s Bush housing numerous times, not one person helped me, they were utterly useless!! Excellent service and communication,from Angela when I made my initial call. Unfortunately the attitude of the customer service advisor who called me back, was absolutely appalling . She literally laughed at me making a complete mockery of my complaint. Seriously unprofessional. I'm just glad I recorded the conversation. I will be taking this further..
