Awful Place and Staff.
They have great stock and it’s located in a fantastic part of Brighton but unfortunately this is where the positives end. This shop is old fashioned, smells and the staff there, or certainly those that were on duty when I attended, were rude and obnoxious (took my custom elsewhere). Previous to this visit I had a bad experience with them via mail order, I purchased a guitar for £749 and it arrived with no outer box - like Thomann do for example - snapped and missing strings - obviously not given a set up or given any care here. I was disappointed to say the least. If £749 isn’t enough to pay to get a good service from them then there are plenty of modern and welcoming shops in this country who welcome you spending your hard earned money with them.
