The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was named Logan… He was extremely helpful and had a very pleasant demeanor while talking with me and helping me through my order and he offered to help me put through my order because I told him I was elderly and wasn’t sure I knew how to do it and he stepped right up and said no problem that he would help me through every step and he sure did and all of that was much appreciated… Good job, Logan

Company lied about order being in-stock. I saw a paid add about the AKAI MPC being in stock. I ordered it and heard nothing for a week. Was told credit card was charged on 4/8. Then got an email saying its on back order. 20 days later I get an email saying there was a problem with my payment. Its clear, this is an attempt to justify delaying something they didn't have in stock.
I have lost trust in Guitar Center, not sure if I will ever purchase from them again. Would prefer to buy from an honest company that just says its out of stock and we believe you would get it between two realistic dates.

Travis was super helpful and got me a great deal! Took the time to put hands on the kit and confirm what was present/missing and worked with management to knock off the cost of the missing pieces. Great customer service!

The store manger Alex and the lesson coordinator Jay were both so nice to me. I ended up signing up for lesson when I initally was on the fence about it. Both of them made my week and I look forward to seeing them again and to my lessons at this GC. Amazing coustomer service and hospitality. This location wasn't always like this. Whatever changes have been made keep it up.

Matchable to Yamaha 88 Key Case for $40 less and included Special 2-day handling - Priceless.
All information was accurately entered, Visa struggle on the numbers is the Card issue - not service center. Appeciated the rush order as concerts are wearing me out with the carry w/o wheel on and has a hole in the case - 20yr purchase prior - with great life - just done.

guitar sitting for days listed as processing, when asked i was told it was waiting for pickup which obviously was not true. i buy a lot from guitar center and this behavior is out of context and very discouraging for future purchases

I ordered a Fender Kingman waited a week to get it, was offered a scratch and dent special. Im getting a full refund. I was very excited to get it shipped, recieved the bad email today. I bought my first gutair from gutair center and fell in love, sad to see it came to this.
