Very tired looking park. The staff mainly students of 17-18 yr old who couldn't answer any queries . Ice cream machines throughout the park weren't working on a hot summers day Needed a good cle... See more

Winter wonderland gulliver's
Had the winter wonderland booked for tomorrow. Booked it in November. Just had a phone call from Gulliver's telling me they are cancelling my time slot. No explanation why, apparently website error. The person I spoke to couldn't even careless. I had taken time off work, sorted my other children out as they had school. Gulliver's cancelled on me less than 24hrs before I was suppose to be there. Very disappointed. My son is extremely upset. Very poor customer service.
Feel free to possibly contract covid at Gullivers World
I visited Gullivers World Warrington yesterday. As a grandma I wouldn't have gone but my daughters husband was ill. We had booked a slot on the 4.30 train. We arrived to queue at 4.10. We had to queue for 50 mins with 2 toddlers but the issue was that there were enclosed passages with no markings except in one small place and no social distancing or anybody on duty to remind people or to enforce it. It was really dangerous. It was a queue of at least 100 people literally with no distancing whatsoever and no compulsion to wear masks whilst queuingIt broke every covid rule in the book. I left the queue as I considered it too dangerous. I complained to 2 staff who though helpful said it's awful I agree. On the way out I asked 2 operatives who I could complain to. The best answer she could give was that people had to take responsibility. I responded that whilst open they should follow covid rules. I cant see family at home but apparently can queue back to back with 100 people. This should be closed down and I am sure that it would be if the council inspected the Polar Express at the weekend. I am now sweating for 5 days to pray and hope I didnt contract covid from any of those people. It was a shame that this queuing system overshadowed the beautiful father christmas and amazing grotto.Totally, totally unsafe. DON'T GO. Worse fact was that I rang this morning to speak to a manager and they wont take complaints over the phone. Writing a letter means that they will probably have another 7 days before anyone sees it. Totally unconcerned that the phone call was about safety in the park hence another 7 days of covid spreading possible. DISGRACEFUL
Gullivers kingdom is a must
Went to gullivers kingdom to give benefit of the doubt after a poor experience at gullivers valley. This was the total opposite of what we’d previously experienced.
We loved it and had a great day. Lots to do, great social distancing measures in place.
We will be back
If you have dietary requirements this…
If you have dietary requirements this isn’t the place to eat. If you are Coeliac you will be offered a jacket potato or chips. And no separate prep area. I would strongly recommend you take you own food if going for a day out
Gullivers World Warrington...
Gullivers World Warrington.... beyond appalling.
Recently visited Gullivers World Warrington on 27th Aug.... prior to visiting I spent 3 days trying to call them with no answer and none of my voicemails were returned. Their Twitter did not respond when tweeted or DM’d.
There was no info on pre booked food and no choice of food. The lady in the food area was very rude, after seating myself and my daughter she served 4 tables that seated after us before we were served.
The food was over cooked, the turkey dino’s my daughter had were that over cooked I knocked them on the table like a hammer... the food waitress refused to replace or refund.
All drinks stations had either broken coffee machines or stated they were not serving coffee.
I spoke to a manager on the day about our problems and was asked to leave, I have submitted complaints through the GW website as advised...... none of which have had a response.
The room we stayed in was absolutely…
The room we stayed in was absolutely filthy! There were spiders round the windows on the window bottoms and on the carpets, thick dust all round the room including skirting boards and the wood on and round the bed with crumbs in the crevices of the bed frame. The bathroom was a disabled bathroom which was totally inadequate for young children which also had patches of black dirt and mould on the walls just above the floor! There were only 2 very thin pillows on our bed which were also inadequate for the size of the bed! When speaking to a member of the team regarding these issues we were told that is the room you have been given and that is totally unacceptable customer service! I am not from the area if I had of known of another hotel close by I would have left! Not the picture of comfort for us and our 2 children that we were expecting! When I book a hotel I expect and at the price we payed for basic amenities such as a clean room and bathroom and also somewhere to eat breakfast, a bag with a yogurt, chocolate croissant, a mouldy orange and a carton of apple juice is not really what I would call a continental breakfast! None of us slept much due to the room being extremely warm and the lack of pillows! I am absolutely appalled at the price and with all the above issues and the lack of customer service! I have stayed in many hotels throughout my time but this had to be the worst yet! I will not be returning and wish I had of read the reviews on here before my stay.
I feel ripped off & extremely…
I feel ripped off & extremely disappointed! I’m disabled & I have a condition that affects my brain & heart. I made a mistake with my booking, told them I would bring medical proof but they wouldn’t change the booking. I paid £169 for a basic, dirty room. Found out when I arrived, not on phone while booking that the breakfast was a brown bag with cheap horrible food that was warm in the morning as there wasn’t a fridge. Went to have some tea & there was nowhere to sit so we had no other choice but to order to our room. Customer service was terrible, very I don’t care attitude. If Gulliver's world want people to just come once they are doing a fantastic job of that happening, I know me & my daughter will never return. Hoping today at the park will make up for the hotel?! But I honestly think it won’t. The food for our tea from the restaurant was very expensive & awful, don’t come here if you have any sense!
Worst day out EVER!
Visited Gulliver’s world today, and it was probably the worst day out we’ve ever had! It’s an absolute filth hole. No social distancing whatsoever, People not wearing masks when required, and spreading their germs everywhere. Coughing, spitting and nose picking in the queues where basically everyone is crammed together. Absolutely disgusting. It’s under-staffed, and the staff that are on duty haven’t got a clue what’s going on and just let people behave like animals. There are huge queues for rides that last less than 2 minutes. The place is so dated, like a poor mans Butlins from the 1980s. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Save your money!
Shocking
I am appauled at the lack, no the non existent Covid measures they have in place here. Their website clearly states that they are social distancing markers lay out, that is false and blatant breach of Covid 19 guidelines. They say to wear face masks during rides but it's okay not to wear them whilst queuing, what is the point of that, surely it's more important to wear your mask when around more people.
If you think of where the park is geographically and to where there have been Covid outbreaks it wouldn't surprise me if it came from here.
Well you wouldn’t think we were in a…
Well you wouldn’t think we were in a pandemic! Wearing masks on a ride when your sat with your own family only in a carriage yet que up with no mask on and less than a meter apart from people! Far to busy, here 4 hrs and only managed 6 rides because of ques. Very expensive day out for what you get and totally none safe! Not many rides we could go on as a family so kids went on small rides themselves so basically cost £50 for my husband and I just walk round for the day. Would I come again??? Absolutely not!
Crap..
Crap..
Not much there..
Ok..ish for ages 5-8...
Couple of rides broke down..
Workers far too slow, guna be mayhem when its busy..
Not much choice for food..
Cant pay with cash..
Absolutely useless at solving an issue we had and we was lied to..
So DEFINATELY will not be going again
Not worth £5 never mind £15!!!!!
Wouldn’t be confident about anything again…
Have really enjoyed staying at meadow campsite, days in Gullivers land and Dino park and farm have been generally positive but our day has been entirely and unnecessarily ruined, we booked a session, on July 16th, for the sfear for today July 25th as part of my daughters birthday celebrations only to receive a phone call at 11am to inform us that it would not be opening, we were due in there at 4pm, I cannot fault the lady on the phone who was polite, professional and tried her best to offer some solution, my issue is with the how this process is acceptable, I do not understand how a company only look at bookings for their facilities on the day, as we were told by the staff onsite that this is the process, with such short notice there was nothing local available to book as a replacement, our 3 children were incredibly upset as this is the only activity we haven’t done before, our youngest has just turned 6 and was very excited to be big enough to take part, our booking was made after covid lockdown rules were relaxed on July 4th and no new restrictions have been put in place so surely they must have know before today that it would be unavailable, if we had been given prior notice we would have had a chance to make the most of the day, luckily we hadn’t driven here just for the day otherwise we would have been mid 100 mile journey to a closed attraction, seems to be little or no organisation involved or consideration for how much disruption would be caused by this unprofessional and haphazard approach, I wouldn’t have any confidence with booking in the future as a result of this poor experience and for fear of similar issues
Gullivers valley
We were excited to see the new gullivers however we were very disappointed with how the rides were stopped with no warning to be cleaned which resulted in waiting over 30 mins to get on the log flume for it then to be shut for cleaning i have zero issue with the rides being cleaned has I know this paramount to everyone's safety however it would be much more benifical if there was a sign stating please come back in I.e 30 mins cleaning will be taking place and place it behind the people who had been queuing to stop other joining and once the people in front of the sign have been on the ride commence cleaning.
Unfortunately when we went back to the log flume qued again it had broke.
I do feel when the rides are being cleaned it maybe more benifical for more than 1 staff member cleaning a whole ride like seen today not only for the time aspect but also for the staff member having the pressure of visitors watching waiting for it to open again.
We entered the park at our allotted time 11:30 and was unable to get round the park fully as time was wasted from unnecessary queing for rides that was then closed for cleaning with no warning.
I also noticed hand sanitizer wasn't avaible at each ride which I would of thought would be part of the decontamination process inbetween the covid cleans of rides allowing visitors to hand sanitstise before and after at each ride to reduce the risk of cross contamination futher as this was a big concern of mine for people who hadn't got hand sanitizer with them like me or understood the importance of hand hygiene.
I do feel that the safety on the rides were maintained and all staff members enforced the face masks when needed to I.e people forgetting which was very encouraging to see aswell as the covid cleans.
I can not fault the staffs attitudes from start to finish everyone was helpful, friendly and had enthusiasm.
I would just like to mentioned a gentleman named Ben he was on the rowing boats near the entrance the way he handled my daughter when she was scared as she got stuck was outstanding he was caring, engaged, patience and kind towards her. Ben is a credit to gullivers and all it stands for as a family friendly theme park and I'm very greatful to him.
Shameful treatment of disabled child
Direct discrimination of a disabled child and his parent on the grounds he was 'too disabled to wear a mask'.
Embarrassed and shamed mother and child and then tried to rely on non existent government rules from which the guidance clearly states the boy was exempt.
Shame on you.
Wow all I can say is how shocked I am.
Wow all I can say is how shocked I am.
I just spoke to a lady called Alison regarding info on a family of 5 getting a yearly pass. I have 2 kids with disabilities and a 2 year old.
Asked about what’s best option and first got a straight all info on website ! Great customer service. Then asked about discount for the disabilities got told had to pay full yearly price and to add salt to wound full price for a 2 year old.
Good luck Gulivers with service like that!
Gulliver's Warrington excellent
We have just been to gulliver's Warrington , Christmas package.
6 adults 4 children.
What a fantastic day, great value for money.
Rides, panto, xmas lunch, fantastic grotto and a brilliant santa also a really good gift for the children.
The staff whether doing a panto, working the rides or cleaning the toilet area were so friendly.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Thanks
What can i say but me and the kids went…
What can i say but me and the kids went today and had quite a nice time Lots to do for young ages but not so much if under 90cm luckily my youngest who loved every minute got a chance to ride! I can agree with other reviews the decor on some rides need a fresh lick of paint and some a jet wash. Most the staff were friendly. Didnt try the food we took a picnic but there looked a good selection scattered around.
The big wasp problem is a problem and not people over thinking as some do say. We had many flying at us from start to finish and witnessed many guests stressed over this and a child being stung. Worst is when stuck in the queues and no where to move when they are buzzing in your face.
They dont need to scrap anything just clean and brighten the rides up my kids did enjoy what they went on however and only the points ive wrote seemed to be the problem still a great place for children for a family day out possibly better on a cooler day hopefully no more wasps.
The only new ride is the gig…
Warrington site. The only new ride is the big roller-coaster and the rapids ride apache falls. All other rides are catered to very smallchildren and they are short duration. The park looks a bit tired and could do with sprucing up. The food in the guly grill was terrible.the smallest portion of chips cold and 2.50 each! I think they can do better. One ride did not have the full capability to shoot at targets. I am sure they can do better
Great place Great value for money
Great place for our grandchildren 5 &12
They had a great day as did we ! The car park is close and organised . it’s my favourite theme park to take my grandchildren. Food hall all good and reasonably priced as I feel is everything. I don’t feel the need to make a huge picnic just take a few snacks due to the food prices being so good and the quality too plus therefore not so much to carry. Bonus.
The staff r so helpful and polite. I love the fact it’s not endless walking and queuing, and around every corner something for both ages to enjoy . I would recommend gulivers Milton Keynes it was a great family day and didn’t break the bank. I didn’t feel ripped off like some parks plus it’s without the hustle n bustle and endless queues of the large theme parks. We hired a little car buggy for the day only a fiver It carries a tired 5year old but also the bags , Bargain ! I really really highly recommend gulivers and will return
Gullivers Milton Keynes - Value, friendly, fun day out
Gullivers Milton Keynes - A traditional park, with less complicated and "big" rides than some other theme parks. All staff were friendly, food outlets clean and kids loved the rides (as did the big kids). Some bits are a little tired and the JCB area had a few bits not working in the same zone. That said, for the price we had a great day out with friendly, polite staff. You were never far from a member of staff if you needed one either! We had a really great day.
