Hello, I wanted to follow up on my order. I didn't receive a delivery notice on the scheduled day, so I wasn't home to receive the package. It was sent back to the depot, and I had to go pick it up myself. Because of the hassle and the fact that it has been raining, I haven't had a chance to inspect the tires yet. I will update you once I can check them.

Be careful with suggested dimensions
I’m not happy with your system that suggests tyre dimensions for a particular vehicle. I have ordered the wrong ones and even if it was less than 24 hours, I couldn’t cancel the order. I had to wait for them to come here, refuse the package and wait for it to come back to the depo. It all cost me 60€ and it took almost a month. I have also bought another set of correct dimensions and that delivery went ok

We are sorry for your disappointment. To verify the DOT of the tyres received, please open a ticket with our after-sales service from your customer account and share the DOT markings/photos. Tyres under 36 months are generally not listed as specific DOT stock, and when stored correctly their quality is not affected. If the DOT/DEMO information should probably have been indicated on the site and was not, our team will review your case and provide the appropriate solution.
