Paid £160 for a call out and still waiting for engineer to make contact. Very disappointed with what looks like being a complete scam. Doesn't answer phone or reply to text and emails. Would definitely recommend not using this company.

I am so sorry about this. I understand the engineer could not make it on the day due to reasons out of his control.
As others have stated this is a scam
As others have stated this is a scam. The guy will be at your place, supposedly looking at the treadmill and after paying him he’ll never pick up the phone or respond ever again. The stated address on Google Maps is actually a different business altogether.
EDIT: As a reply to my review, this is based on my actual experience. I paid £100 for a visit and a supposed assessment for the fault in the machine. I never got a reply and I tried to phone back several times, for about two months. I went to the address stated in Google Maps to find a different business and they had never heard about GymService.

You would have paid the engineer a standard call out charge to diagnose a fault or service/inspect a piece of equipment. I believe the fault with your equipment was diagnosed successfully on the day.
