I came across this site while looking for McAlpine wastes and have found the prices to be extremely competitive if not lower than anywhere else. They stock a good range and the delivery price is quite low, making each item ordered very good value.
I have ordered from this company three times now - my only complaint (if you can call it that) is that delivery is quite slow so allow a few days for your goods to arrive.
Overall - fantastic!!

This is the second time I have bought the same item from hie, as I am now upgrading a second bathroom. As the first time was a year or so ago, I redid the research to find the best supplier, I found that hie were still the best value and they delivered very quickly. I have no issues in recommending them.

As a previous satisfied customer i used HIE again, the items delivered where totally incorrect, after a phone call and a very helpful service the correct items were delivered 2 days later - it did mess up the plumbers however.

Having ordered a similar shower hose from this company sometime ago,( I have two similar showers), I was quickly able to locate the same exact item but there my troubles started. Admittedly, it was a Saturday afternoon, so their online system may have been dozing, but I was frankly unable to negotiate the various data screens after inputting my order details etc. I, therefore, gave up in disgust but on Sunday had another attempt. Surprise, surprise, things then went in a reasonably smooth fashion. Item then received in about 48 hours, so no problem there !

Good service from the retailer but the toilet roll holder has slight indentations on it. I assume these were as a result of imperfections during the die casting process before it was chrome plated.

Have had to replace mine 3 times now. Last 2 times had a plumber in to do it. This time did it myself n saved £100. Instructions were good and easy to follow. Most difficult was replacing rubber 'O' ring which is not easy to extract even with crochet needle. Having checked previous boxes found the untouched new 'O' rings meaning the plumbers had not replaced it over the years, which is very unprofessional!! Was expecting delivery at least 5 days after ordering - was at my door the next day. Brilliant. Also, this was the cheapest price anywhere I could find. Well done guys.

We needed a double headed pump to boost the internal water pressure from our loft header tank and sourced many web-sites in an endeavour to find a suitable unit.
