Had my car cleaned at H20 BULLRING BIRMINGHAM.
H20 market themselves are a premium level car valeting company. Sadly this is not the service they actually give. for the amount paid i would have expected a proper valet as advertised. when actually its not better than a £10 carpark wash. so many missed parts things that even an amateur would clean. I was unable to inspect the vehicle onsite as the lighting is so poor and the vehicles are squeezed inso tight, so could only look when i got home. So i wrote a compliant email and surprise surprise NO RESPONSE. they take our money, do half the job and ignore anything negative.
1st time using H20 Bullring and will not be returning, what an absolute waste of money.

First visit to Merry Hill site. Made welcome and informed what will be done.

Came in for a wash today and had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was fantastic—I was warmly welcomed by Adam, who was friendly and professional throughout.

The car was cleaned to an excellent standard, with real attention to detail. I especially appreciated the extra care taken with the car mats, which looked great. The interior leather was thoroughly wiped down and left looking fresh and well-maintained.

Overall, the service completely met my expectations and the car was finished to a very high standard—perfectly ready for Eid. Highly recommended!

Went to the H2O at Lakeside shopping centre, I can’t remember the employees name I dealt with but he was friendly enough.
On there office area the only prices I could see on the wall was for a £189 and £215 valet service no other prices/services was offered, went for the £189 as was told this was an excellent valet using top products and wanted to give the car a treat.
Left the car with them and said we was going to be quite awhile as we was taking the grandkids to the play area.
Went back around 4 hours later and the car looked clean under the bright lights but wasn’t until we got home (10min drive and the weather was dry) and looked closer that it was obvious the alloys wheels hadn’t been cleaned properly, the door shuts and boot opening hadn’t been wiped over properly, also there was dried polish lines in the door shut lines and whatever tyre shine they use had gone really patchy and mostly disappeared.
I feel I have totally overpayed for this valet and have better results at a local car wash for a lot less money.
Not happy and feel a bit ripped off!
Please think before spending that amount of money with this company.

​I booked a "Full Valet" at Merry Hill expecting a professional standard of care, but the results were inexcusable. Despite paying £120 for their top-tier service, the vehicle was returned with:
​Brake dust and chemical staining on the alloys.
​Interior debris, including food wrappers left in the cabin.
​interior windscreen had not been cleaned and a lingering "milky coffee" odor that I was explicitly assured would be removed during my initial enquiry was worse than before.

​When we returned to address these issues 2 Days later as ther smell had gotten worse, the customer service was even worse than the cleaning. My partner was met with unprovoked aggression from a staff member named CARL. He was dismissive, patronizing, and physically intimidated her by waving his arms and talking to her in a an aggressive manner to the point that she felt she had to walk away.

​Furthermore, he backtracked on their original guarantee regarding the odor removal, claiming no such promise was made.

After my partner had left he still continued to insinuate that my partber was aggressive and passed comment he was going to refuse the sale 2 days prior because my partner was aggressive whish just is not the case. The only thing she said 2 days prior was the price was expensive.

CARL stated he will bomb the car again which clearly wasn't done the time before because we could really smell this chemical. But he made sure to say this bomb was £10 and he was doing this for free.

This business lacks both technical competence and basic professional decency. I will never return and strongly advise others to take their custom elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers. I got pulled by the police in Birmingham city centre for driving with no lights on after this car wash at Birmingham Bullring decided to turn them off when they cleaned my car (god only knows why). They also deemed it appropriate to move all my seats, mirrors and steering wheel. I had to plead with the police to not give me points and it was highly stressful. I’ve called more than 5 times to speak with this company but they’ve simply ignored me customer service is non existent and I’ve had better car cleans, it was very below standard considering the cost

Excellent service. Joel was a great help, managed to get me in and out in the time I needed and my White Porsche was looking like it just came out of the showroom 5 years ago!

Negotiated price for straightforward car wash while shopping in Lakeside.
Friendly, professional and my vehicle was the cleanest I've ever seen it. Yes, it costs a little more, but its an undercover, dedicated area that you feel comfortable leaving your car in. Recommended.

Extremely poor customer service paid £104 for a valet got back to my car that was still dirty and the stain they charged me extra to be removed was still there, I then looked in my back seat to find two stains that weren’t there before I’m not sure if they used the wrong product on them but now my seat is damaged. I’ve been ignored by their customer service team multiple times and I’m deeply upset with how I have been treated by this company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Paid £63 to have my car valeted at Lakeside last week. The car is absolutely covered in the residue of whatever sponge / cloth they used to clean it with. There were water runs all over the vehicle and it still had dried on birds mess in some areas. If it has been waxed then it’s a terrible job, but I’m not convinced it has. After a valet my car usually looks good for at least a few weeks. This time it looked like it needed a wash again the next day. Really poor service, complained to the company and no response.

Would give 0 stars if I could.

The seats are bone dry. I think they saw me coming. Single woman alone they ripped me off. I wont ever use them again though and now they have a bad review so shame on them not me. Do not trust them please ladies. I don't like confrontation otherwise would have refused to pay. If I was a guy maybe the story would be different

Best car wash experience and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

Used them for the first time with my 3 month old Audi Q5. Never again! The guy at the desk had a bad attitude and I found scrapes on the lip of the boot. The clean was average. £70 for an average clean, bad attitude and to scratch my car which I work hard for.

Stefan at Westfields cleaned my car very well. My car was cleaned throughly and it was very shiny.

Avoid like the plague. Used valet service in Kildare outlet came back and they had let my battery die causes a delayn of three hours with horrendous cutomercare from the company. Awful to deal with, patronising and arrogant. No follow up at all if any issues arrise.

Having previously used the service and had a good result, I didn't hesitate to use them again. After driving my car out of the dark Bullring I noticed scratches on my rear windscreen.
On further inspection I realised these are deep gouges, undoubtedly left from the cleaning process (though I'm sure like on other poor reviews Naveen will dispute this with some nonsense).

I understand mistakes happen so thought if I contacted the help line that I would receive an apology and refund of the service (£100).
Naveen told me he had never had such a complaint (an obvious lie now I've seen the other poor reviews) and assured me he couldn't see any issues on CCTV. Common sense would say that you wouldn't see a scratch on CCTV.

Naveen has dug his heels in and chosen profit over good customer service.

Steer clear. Thought I’d take the family car to lakeside and whilst there get it washed and cleaned. Only wanted the basic package £58. Still a good chunk of change.

Employee wanted to look in the car before allowing me to pay. When he looked in he demanded I pay the most expensive option. Cars not been hovered for about three months but not atrocious. I had cleared all the rubbish/toys/tablets out before coming.

Seems like they only want to clean clean cars. Told the employee where he could go. Awful service.

Came with my Porsche 911 targa

When I came back the roof did not open and kept saying fault. The roof was fine when I got there. They kept saying they did not touch the roof yet the back of the car was clean.. how is that possible without opening the roof?

Tried to speak to manager but was given wrong email and was told he would call me. No one has. Ridiculous

Took my Focus ST-Line in for an ‘Ultra’ package wash and it exceeded expectations. I was getting it ready for a valuation to part exchange as there were a few stains on the seats and general signs of use elsewhere in the interior. Everything looked and smelt brand new. The exterior was always well maintained by myself but the polishing and clay bar they use really brings out any curves and edges that your car has. Staff are all really friendly and share the same appreciation and love for cars that a typical customer has for their own.

I had my car valeted by H2O (Merry Hill branch). Dev was really flexible on time and options and he did a brilliant job on the car. It is now immaculate inside and out. The car looks and feels like new and smells amazing inside. Top notch service and I will defo be back.
