H2O Car Valeting Reviews 

Booked on line, arrived at H2O to be told they didn’t have time to do the car at 2pm and told to go away. Paid online .no refund after 24 hours. Still waiting. Absolutely shocking customer service. Stay well away. Disgusted by attitude .
Avoid at all costs.

We always attend the car valeting service in the Bullring because it's a brilliant service with a 'smile'. I always come away with my car looking brand new! The friendly staff are amazing too! They enjoy their job and ensure customer satisfaction every time! We love you guys!😍

had my car cleaned waxed etc £75 package as the £52 u get surface charge the man said of £12 and this better value after 1hr 40 mins came bk csr still in their valeting bay dripping wet said been waxed and dried i was left with dirty water marks over black car no shine as no wax or protect spray say you will get and u have to pay upfront no wonder spoke to like dirt and head off didnt phone bk as said would. carpets wet and smelt fusty cheaper to go to a normal carwash and better shine service well not worth £75 ..u think u are getting A1 service and A1 products autoglam and looks dirtier than when went in for wash not happy and customer services dont care rip off. in a time of so many carwashes and businesses going under thought reputation and living up to what A1 service ive had over 8 yrs with other car was not the usual a1 service or whats in description of what you get for £75 today

The car was well cleaned. 4 stars because the wing mirrors were not properly cleaned on the inside of the casing and there were fingerprints all over my boot step. On the whole, not a bad service. Polite and respectful. Likely to use the service again

Incompetent. Yes, it was washed but although the corpses of the bug splats were removed the detritus wasn't. Internally the finish was very hit and miss. We had the £75 internal and external option and apparently it was my own fault it wasn't done properly because I didnt spend out for the £169(?) option.

This is a con , I paid £52 for a wash and polish only to find food crumbs on the two front Chairs and down the side of the chair . When I pointed this out to the gentlemen his said I don’t know how to get a big hover do the side of the chair !!! He removed the crumbs from the chairs with his hand . When I got a text from them asking how they did , give them one star, no one contact me . Better off with the £15 car wash

Brought my first car and took it there for a clean so it looked the part when I went to show it off to my family and friends.
I must say the car was gleaming inside and out. The price was definitely worth it I’d pay double. Excellent service will definitely be returning to H20 mailbox.

As I walked into the lakeside branch I was overheating a sales pitch to another customer, the man was very persistent and said he had 6 men from another site who he would bring over to work on his car. However the man decided to leave and was given a free car air freshener.

I paid £36 for a basic inside an out, my normal car wash do a brilliant service and I didn’t think it was necessary if my car wasn’t stained or overly dirty.

As it was late and I was going to meal at Miller and Carter, they promised there was no rush and they would bring the keys to me once done. (What brilliant service!!)

Half way through our meal we received a calling telling us to come quickly as they needed to lock up and we need to collect the keys or they would be left inside the car. Obviously we collected them and in a rush returned to meal.

Once we were able to check the car over we was left with scratches to the out side, smearing to the windows and dirty finger prints on the cream steering wheel. There was also no air freshener left!!

Wouldn’t return here again... think it’s a waste of space that the car park needs.

Damaged my car. I returned to deep scratches across my bumpers - front and back - wing mirror and roof. When confronted, they said the scratches were there before (they weren't). After I showed a photo of the car I took earlier that day that showed no scratches, they said that all they did was wash off the dirt that covered them. Utter tosh. Very unprofessional and incompetent. The wash wasn't even done properly, so I basically paid them to damage my car. Avoid.

The first two times I took my car here I wasn't overly impressed. However third visit my car was cleaned to a high standard. My car was absolutely disgusting and I was desperate, with low expectations I dropped the car here as it was convenient. However, very impressed with my third visit.

I had my car valeted at Intu Metrocentre today, in the yellow multi story car park. They did an amazing job. My car had been filthy and covered in dog hairs. It’s now gleaming and smells gorgeous- it has never been so clean. I think I got the 3 star valet which took about two hours to do. It wasn’t cheap but the result has been worth every penny.

Went to Merry hill branch and it would be the first and last time, I use
this company!

Took the £79 package, and trusted the fact that its a well known brand, I
wont have to babysit them. They took two hours to clean the car. And before
I state the status of the car after cleaning, I should let you know, the car
had already been down to a car wash a week before, and was clean from the
inside. I had to use the car for a friends wedding and therefore I went to
get you guys.

1) Polish/wax was left unrubbed on multiple panels of the car (have pictures
to prove the same)

2) The inside of the car had drop marks of the solution they had used, and
not rubbed it, probably just sprayed and forgot about it (pictures for the
same)

3) the door sils were dirty, the boot sill was dirty, not even touched

4) wing mirrors and front bumper had dead flies still hanging, no effort to
clean it.

5) All the trash left on the mats, for disposal, was pushed back into the
side door.

6) there was a toffee, which was stuck in the side door, never taken off or
cleaned.

7) The headlights were dirty, I literally could remove it by rubbing my
finger through it.

8) interior was supposed to be plush, after leather care and all that, which
was paid for, but they dint even rub the dust off the dashboard, let alone
any leather care.

9) Windscreen front and back was dirty, not even touched

10) Its complimentary to refill the screen washer in most of your packages,
that wasnt topped up (as it was empty before I gave the car, and still was
after)

11) Door panels, were not even touched, Dust was there before and after.

12) sunroof inside and out, where still dirty.

I was called to say around 5, to tell me, that the car was ready. I went
down, showed the guy I had paid, the things I could overlook in the car. He
asked me to go and shop, and he would take care of it.

On my return, they had closed shop, went home, and my car was exactly the
same!!

Wasted 3 hours and £79 of hard earned money on getting my car more dirty
than it was before. EPIC SERVICE PROVIDED, APPRECIATE IT!

A packet of crisps had burst in glove compartment. Assumed it would be cleaned up as part of service. No!

Also washer fluid not topped up.

Winter special paid for. Wont be going back or recommending to anyone.

Last time i went, the wax wasnt wiped off my car properly.

I had a really bad experience at the Trafford Centre H20 yesterday. I picked the car up to find numerous scratches on the bonnet that weren’t there before, tar that hadn’t been cleaned from the outside of the car and the inside wasn’t even clean. I paid £65 and I’ll now have to pay into the hundreds to get the scratches fixed and I’ll need to clean the inside myself. The car is only a year old. Absolutely disgusted. Not much help from the staff at all, just said they didn’t scratch it. Steer clear - they will damage your car and charge you for doing so!
