H2O Car Valeting Reviews 

Steer clear. Thought I’d take the family car to lakeside and whilst there get it washed and cleaned. Only wanted the basic package £58. Still a good chunk of change.

Employee wanted to look in the car before allowing me to pay. When he looked in he demanded I pay the most expensive option. Cars not been hovered for about three months but not atrocious. I had cleared all the rubbish/toys/tablets out before coming.

Seems like they only want to clean clean cars. Told the employee where he could go. Awful service.

Stay away from these guys

Came with my Porsche 911 targa

When I came back the roof did not open and kept saying fault. The roof was fine when I got there. They kept saying they did not touch the roof yet the back of the car was clean.. how is that possible without opening the roof?

Tried to speak to manager but was given wrong email and was told he would call me. No one has. Ridiculous

Took my Focus ST-Line in for an ‘Ultra’ package wash and it exceeded expectations. I was getting it ready for a valuation to part exchange as there were a few stains on the seats and general signs of use elsewhere in the interior. Everything looked and smelt brand new. The exterior was always well maintained by myself but the polishing and clay bar they use really brings out any curves and edges that your car has. Staff are all really friendly and share the same appreciation and love for cars that a typical customer has for their own.

I had my car valeted by H2O (Merry Hill branch). Dev was really flexible on time and options and he did a brilliant job on the car. It is now immaculate inside and out. The car looks and feels like new and smells amazing inside. Top notch service and I will defo be back.

My partner booked her car in for the £65 wash, polish and interior clean yesterday. She had to pay on booking, which is obviously because nobody would pay on collection with how appalling the service is. There is still dirt patches all over the car, some form of chemical streaks left all over the car. There was definitely no polish used. To be quite frank, my dog would’ve done a better job. I have emailed with no response, commented on a Facebook post and been blocked. I have also called and been fobbed off saying that I was through to reception and my name and number would be passed on for someone to call me. This company is a complete scam. Their website states that they use auto glym products, however I strongly suspect they only use water and cheap washing up liquid. Disgraceful company.

Customer service, great!

Went to H20 for a £65 car valet. Worst car wash I have ever had. The car had dirt still around the mirrors. Water was trapped inside and left water marks down the side of the car. The wheels were filthy and the inside of the car was wiped down with a dirty cloth. The car smelt horrible. Not even a complimentary air freshner. Can’t believe how bad it really was a total joke.

Nothing special. You can get same services or might be better from local car wash.

You might heard you pay for peanuts you get monkeys, here with H2O you will pay for gold bit still you will get monkeys.

It's just ripoff and below standard service you will get.

Trafford centre - during the valet they broke cover over fuel cap. I was aware that this had previously been broken but had been repaired and used with no issues.

Manager left me waiting ten mins as vehicle wasn’t ready (despite me being twenty mins later than agreed pick up time). He didn’t mention any issues when he asked me to wait and left me to find the broken off fuel cover which had been left on back seat.

When I queried what had happened I then got an explanation and verbal apology. Manager confirmed in his view they hadn’t broken anything because it had previously been repaired. I was stood holding the snapped off cover at the time!!!

Manager then tried to fix cover back on by gluing it but this didn’t work. he offered me 30% off future valet which is worthless as I would never use the service again.

Submitted online complaint but had no response.

I used the online form to make contact with the customer service team as I required a specific service at my local H20.

Sent twice - no response!
Very poor.

I had been a customer for many years but the service and outlook has become so bad I walked out. At the valet in Westfield the attendant literally jeered me when I asked to speak to a manager. She then called the manager and wouldn’t let me speak to him. It was disgusting. After being charged for the wash and a large car additional cost they wanted to charge more because the car was dirty. I’m unsure who takes a clean car to be washed but this is not the place if you actually want your car cleaned. I left feeling so disrespected and utterly ripped off. This is just terrible. They couldn’t care less about keeping customers or treating people with grace. Do not use this service there are better, much more inexpensive who treat you as a valued customer and take care with your car. This is like some sort of mafia, you have a male valet come and stand over you if you challenge anything (it was my daughter and I). I can’t even begin to describe how awful this experience was. Do not go there.

Awful - be ignored while person on phone waiting - person doesn’t speak to you, goes over to car to inspect interior without having the key looks at you like your dog excrement - tells me to remove rubbish from the car floor and put in side panels of door - when I have just put it on the floor from the side panel so they know what’s rubbish and what’s not - £87 for a car wash with service like this - it’s a joke! I came for the convenience and had used before thought it was a rip off then and think it’s a rip off with a awful customer service

I used the Westfield branch twice, both were bad experiences but the one this week left my car damaged. The first time once I got home and saw in the light, there had been lots of white wax residue left in the lettering and in seems all over the car so I had to take the time - after buying a small brush - to get all of the white residue cleaned out. Not a big deal but I don’t expect that after paying £93. This week I did flag before I dropped the car about the previous issue and was told it would not happen this time. I collected the car and on the way home in the daylight I notice some markings on the wing mirrors, I called H20 to tell them and said I could come back but was told there was no manager there until 10am the next day. When I got home I saw that both of the wing mirrors were covered in splatter marks - that would not come off. As if there had been a product used that was too harsh that marked the carbon fibre. Also notice that there was white residue again left in seems. Also marks on the baseboards inside the doors - again not what you expect after paying £93. I called back when I saw the extent of the wing mirror damage and was told to send an email, which I did with pictures. I called back again at 1030 am the next day and was told that the manager wasn’t in again and that he would contact me. After sending x2 emails, I was never contacted after by anyone - so in a nutshell, don’t waste your money at H20! Especially as they do nothing if they damage your car

H20 Bullring always provide a brilliant service, they are a friendly and efficient team, led by a great owner, Naveen, they go above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction. All of their products are of the highest quality and I believe this helps the car look brand new for longer. Based in the Bullring carpark, very convenient, if you're popping into the shops. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Thanks guys, will be back soon!

**Avoid Birmingham Bull Ring Branch**
**Dont Use this branch, if u have a premium sports Car***** Unfortunately I wouldn’t use the Bull Ring Branch again after damage to my range rover sport, and as opposed to investigating the issues raised the manager just denied matters on the phone in an attempt to fob me off??? Very bizarre!
The H20 Mailbox branch was the best branch but once they closed i started using the Bull Ring branch around 2-3 times a month, as my vehicles black i dont use multiple valeters, so ive only been using the Bull Ring branch and always check my vehicle! My last visit around one week ago I noticed the black Range Rover letters at the front are all scratched, not the bonet or anywhere else on the car, its just the letters, the back letters are fine no damage! It looks like the guys have cleaned it with a rough cloth or some kind of buffer machine and scratched the letters! So i called the branch today to raise this an as opposed to going off to investigate and check the camera, he became defensive telling me lots of nonsense why it wouldn’t be them & they clean lots of range rover’s?! But never ever again will i use them and if you have a expensive car i would AVOID this garage, i wouldn’t use this branch and thanks to great recommendations i now use the “Birmingham Detailing Shop” or the new valeters in the Mail Box, both are very professional and honest!

Avoid Westfield Stratford services. Have given them multiple tries and once ended up with a big scratch. Challenged them and was told it was there before. Avoid at all costs.

We had the Premium valet at Lakeside Shopping Centre and are very happy with the results.

The guys are friendly and polite.

Very happy to use them again.

Very poor service. Paid £84 for service which worth 5£. Nothing was done in Luxe package. Unbelievably poor service

Booked on line, arrived at H2O to be told they didn’t have time to do the car at 2pm and told to go away. Paid online .no refund after 24 hours. Still waiting. Absolutely shocking customer service. Stay well away. Disgusted by attitude .
