Probably the worst company I've come into contact with. We moved into a rented Ealing flat 5 years ago which was in an unsanitary condition. After 3 days of cleaning we had to dispose of bags and bags of used/soiled belongings from previous tenants - Haart didn't care, and even advised that we might be charged as they are included on the inventory.

From there it went from bad to worse, their team are highly unprofessional and rude and brought me to tears on a number of occasions. When our landlady transferred to another Estate Agent Haart decided to ignore emails and unreasonably delay the process. The last year has been wonderful working with a new agent that cares about their tenants (and not just their money).

Please train your staff Haart.

I went into the Ealing office with a problem and spoke to Rachel who dealt with it extremely quickly and efficiently. It was reassuring to feel that the problem was being dealt with.

Ridiculously unprofessional property management.
I would recommend tenants and landlords to STAY AWAY as much as possible. You will waste your nerves, time and they will charge you fees no other agencies usually do and won’t be even bothered to explain and provide evidences of these costs. Here are few highlights:
• Don’t answer calls and emails and then pretend they never received any;
• Refer to official documents and fail to comply with them in first place;
• Communication is very poor, can’t even keep up with what they said before;
• I asked contacts of senior managers for escalation – completely ignored.
I am not a conflict person, but they were so useless and drove me mad every time I was in touch with them. Never again…

We called haart Ealing after experiencing a problem with electricity, caused most probably by storm Ciara. I spoke to Rachel Flynn, who informed me that she will let my property manager know. She tried by all means to connect us with our property manager who was sometimes avoiding my calls on the day. It was so hard to communicate with this individual. I called back the following day and spoke to Rachel, who took over our issue and dealt with it with high level of professionalism. She kept us updated with the proceedings and sent an electrician the same day she took control of the situation. I would be so happy to have her as our property manager.

Mo is a Great lettings agent, he's always finds me a good tenants and is alway at the end of the phone
