The website is almost unusable
The website is almost unusable. Creating a wish list, staying logged in, hoping your basket will stay put while you continue browsing are all unreliable. Tracked postage would also be appreciated. But, very happy with the books themselves.

Collecting the Lancaster bomber issues ready to build when all purchased. Went to store them and found I had a missing issue from January that I never noticed at the time. Contacted Nikita in customer service and within an hour, had a reply saying a replacement issue would be in the post. Great customer service.

I needed to cancel my subscription. Hachette Paperworks say you can cancel anytime which I was slightly suspicious of. However, my concerns were invalid. They got back to me very quickly and canceled it. Five stars I was very impressed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the premium subscription, all great to start, Crochet Lace, loved the patterns but they have become repetitive, who needs all those crocheted neck collars? How many issues just have the same 'joining square'? And be very careful of the 'extras'.
