Package didn’t come on time and when i emailed them they got back to me in a couple of hours and offered to refund my shipping fees and chased I my parcel for me via the courier

Placed my first order
Placed my first order. We open four days a week, have deliveries all the time with no issues. They couldn’t accommodate this, items not delivered. They made me wait until they had received the order back, then offered to resend at my cost! Waited over a month for a refund. Delivery company wouldn’t speak to me about re delivery. Shame because they have a good selection so we would have ordered on a regular basis. Not very helpful or professional.
