Package didn’t come on time and when i emailed them they got back to me in a couple of hours and offered to refund my shipping fees and chased I my parcel for me via the courier

Poor customer service
I ordered 2 large hairbrushes. They sent a medium and a large. The customer service was really frustrating. They kept calling me by the wrong name, getting muddled about what the problem was (it wasn't complicated!) and it took 5 emails over 3 weeks to persuade them to give me a stingy partial refund. (Eventually they offered a 50% refund, which I accepted, but actually they only refunded £5.99 of my order which cost £32.37. They hadn't explained they meant 50% of the cost of one brush excluding VAT, post and packing charges.)

Wasn’t sure if it was real… Order using my credit card incase! But my order arrived before I expected and the product was exactly what I ordered. Cheapest place I could find. Some would order anything here again (providing it was the best deal available)
