I had bought a lash tinting kit by strictly professional from this site, the price on the website had said £26.49, it had come with a tag on it half ripped off saying £1... so they’re robbing people blind. I’m assuming the actual price of this item was between £10-19. What a joke.

We paid £19 for the item and with your discount code you only paid £21.19. Meaning we only made a £1.19 profit, not included expense of packaging, labour and postage, this would make profit even less .

Excellent customer service
I can highly recommend Hair Products Online. I had a slight problem with a purchase and the response from Customer Service was very quick and was sorted out immediately. I would definitely use this company again, especially as prices are much lower than on other websites.

I ordered a product which never arrived. When I chased it up after a week I was told they had 'attempted to pick it six times' but that it appeared to be out of stock and they hadn't been able to source it elsewhere. So why didn't they let me know?

Now mysteriously the price has gone up by 50% and they say I need to buy it at the higher price. Trading standards are now involved and they are being investigated
