The service has been amazing! The combs I got were absolutely beautiful and they got delivered in speed time from the US to Canada. I have to keep practicing to put them on because my hair is extremely thin.

I have incredibly thin fine hair myself and am confident you are going to get the hang of it--and freaking love them.
The 3 key points (different from other hair accessories) :
1) Make sure your first comb slides in FLAT hugging the side of your head.
2) HOLD the first comb in place so it "anchors" (stays in place) then give the second comb a really good stretch. with your other hand. Don't worry-- it won't break. I often stretch mine literally until it touches my other ear.
3) Finally, I tuck / flip the comb down so it touches my scalp and gently slides back into my hair. The teeth of the combs face each other but do not interlock.
If your HairZing ever feels too tight, just gently push the combs together until it fits like a custom glove to your hair / head.

I ordered the hairzing based on the premise that it’s not just for people with very thick hair, as advertised. my hair is fine and first of all it’s way too much for my hair; it doesn’t look good with it in and also it’s hard to close it with the loop and the ball at the end. I contacted his company for a refund- I’ve contacted them twice now by email , the proper way based on what their website says and they’ve ignored 2 emails so far over the past week. I’m still trying to get my refund.

I have fine thin hair myself and our Med Bananas usually hold really well in hair like ours. However, every woman is totally unique and we regret your Stretch Banana Comb did not work as intended for you.
The style you ordered is very popular, do you have a friend you could gift it to? We are also going to send you a free different style that is a best seller for thin, fine, baby texture hair. Perhaps it will work like a charm for you.

Hold well but made my head hurt
These are very pretty and they hold my very fine, limp hair very well. However, after wearing one for a few hours and then taking it off, I noticed later that night that the top of my head felt sore. At first I thought, "Did I hit my head and not notice it?" But then I realized -- my head was sore from having my hair tightly pulled for several hours.
To be fair, I may have pulled my hair too tight but my experience is that, unless I pull my hair very tight, nothing will hold my hair for very long. But that doesn't change the fact that these do not seem to be the right type of barrette for me. If you have thick hair and can weave these in loosely, then you might love them.

I also have delicate baby fine, thin hair. I am so sorry to hear you had scalp soreness--I know the tendency with our type of hair is to always pull accessories tight because we are not used to anything holding.
However, at HairZing we don't believe mixing pain with beauty should ever happen. Lord knows I am unclear on the concept of high heels, pantyhose and clothing made of anything other than fleece because I hate pain.

I had seen many products on Amazon that seem to be like the original HairZing. After having tried one and finding it not quite what I hoped it would be I decided to purchase a HairZing directly from the one and only authentic HairZing website. After perusing the website, I decided to call customer support to inquire in more depth about colours and fits for my very, very thick, long hair. It was an outstanding experience! The dear woman I spoke with was exceptionally patient, knowledgable and accommodating. I can hardly wait for my hairzings to arrive! I love that its comfortable! Couldn't create a cute messy bun that held until I purchased this. And I love that I can twist loose hairs and just keep sticking the pieces in the beaded section.... by doing so I can hide the hairpiece entirely.

Since we invented this concept (holding with stretch not pressure), we can't just copy text from anyone else. We are always working / re-writing to be our instructions clear and easy to understand. so you won't need someone standing in your bathroom each morning to style your hair. I mean, if that person offered mocha's and back massages too---I can see the benefit but it would still be a bit invasive...... :)

Large ones worth it, small ones will disappoint.
The combs are a good quality. The beads look nice. The banana clip combs were sturdy and held a lot of hair but the combs seemed to stick out of the head. If I didn't have such full head of long curly hair I think it would look odd. The smaller combs however after one use, proved to stress the elastic. After using it for about 18 hours, I noticed the elastic was stretched out and never went back to normal. These were very expensive. I was disappointed in the small combs.

These have changed my life
These have changed my life! For YEARS I have been ripping thru hair ties & scrunchies. Even so labeled "thick-hair" hairties. HairZing combs have finally given me the chance to wear my hair up, loud and proud! Discovered them through the Conair/WalMart. After doing some research I learned they offer better/various comb styles directly on their website. The banana comb has to be my favorite, and they have such cute designs. Most importantly I can tell these are keeping my hair healthy! Right away I noticed less hair breaking & pulling since there's significantly LESS hair shedding in the shower. HairZing Mini: Fabulous Hair Accessory
I tried the new HairZing Mini and was not disappointed. For certain hair styles, I use a barrette to keep my hair out of my eyes. I have never found a barrette that adequately accomplished this ... until now. Using a HairZing Mini as a "barrette" is the ideal solution for me. I'm so glad the smaller style was developed.

i had a very hard time finding the exact comb my daughter wanted. she had given me the name of it but it took FOREVER to figure out those tiny tiny images were actually the icons to click on! Because of Covid I am letting my hair…
Because of Covid I am letting my hair grow out. I have heavy, dense, wavy hair which makes it a challenge to find the right hair accessories. With a bit of practice, this stretchy banana hair clip (size medium) works like a charm getting hair out of my face. I have a very sensitive scalp and using this clip doesn't hurt. I also don't have to work at getting the hair in just the right balance so it stays in place. This clip is surprisingly strong and I know I'm not going to snap it because of too much hair. I'm ordering a smaller different style to see what other ways I can style my hair. Thanks!
