Micheal in customer services is very good for this reason i would use them again. Communication over deliveries is a bit sparce, otherwise OK company.

I needed 24 kitchen cupboard door handles within a day or two as my kitchen fitter was arriving. I phoned Handles4doors to ask if the handles I liked were in stock. The lady I spoke to checked and found that they were out of stock. She then said that if I ordered that day she would order them from the supplier that afternoon, they would receive the order the following day, my order would be packed the same day and I would receive them the very next day. What happened? True to her word my order was delivered as promised! The handles were an excelIent price and were of an excellent quality. They look amazing in my kitchen.

The lady who helped me on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. I couldn't have asked for better service. If I could give 10 stars I would have done so.

Ordered 2 pairs of handles in July. Had to chase for response on delivery but no response on two occasions. Then called and finally told I would receive them. 16 days later after order.

It was difficult to find handles with the correct width between the holes to replace are broken wardrobes door handles. These are the perfect size and although they don’t match the other furniture, fit in nicely and are very smart
