Ordered two new UPVC door handles, exactly as described and fit exactly according to the measurements.

The only problem was that one of the handles came completely dented, but I asked for a replacement and it arrived 2 days later.

Couldn't ask for better service, would recommend.

I needed a replacement letter box for a upvc door which was almost 20 years old. I didn't realise there were so many different styles and sizes to choose from. However the web site was very clear about the dimensions of the products

I sent 2 photos of my 1980s window handle because I had lost the only key and there were no numbers on the handle. They identified the handle and sent me a key for a few pounds and it works fine. The response time from Donna was only a day too. Thanks very much indeed.

Not the world's biggest order but I had two PVCU handles fail within a few days of each other, so off to Google I went.

I ordered two patio door rollers.
They finally arrived by post office untracked mail. I noticed that the width adjusting pins were missing.
I phoned handles and hinges, to ask about the pins, the telephonist didn’t have a clue so she asked a so-called engineer for help, he spent a few minutes trying to convince me that ther is no such thing as an adjusting pin? Despite the parts list naming them!
I warn any future clients to beware of this company

When I moved into my property 7 years ago, the double glazing was old but in good condition, but had no window locks. I used this online service online by sending in a picture of the handle and they sent back a link to the appropriate key, which I ordered and it works! Really pleased to be able to finally secure my windows when i go on holiday!

Honestly I half assumed it wouldn’t work because the picture just looked like a generic window lock to me, so I don’t know how they knew which key would work but they knew. Really pleased to be able to open my window!

I’ve moved in December and was blessed with 1970s uvpc auto locking windows and went around the houses (literally, knocked on my neighbours begging for a key) but no joy. I tried many recommended ‘specialists’ - one even told me take the handles off and post them in!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Telephoned the company as there were too many variations on the website to establish which ones I needed. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and between us located the correct ones . I needed window lock keys for my house as they weren't supplied when I moved in. I wasn't sure which key would be best so I emailed Handles & Hinges a picture of the lock handle and they replied the same day to say which key it would need. Ordered it, it arrived within days and is the correct key. Absolutely amazing personal service. I would recommend Handles & Hinges to anyone.

Just like other reviewers, I needed to repair the rollers on a sliding patio door. The manufacturer couldn’t help me and local tradesmen wanted a king’s ransom to do the job. Using the measurements supplied on H&H’s website, I confirmed that what they supplied was what I needed and ordered the parts. Ordered at the weekend, I had the parts on Tuesday morning and it took less than half an hour to fix the problem.
One of the screw holes in the new runners was in a different location but that took all of about 20 seconds to rectify. Just drilled a new pilot hole for the screw and Robert is your mother’s brother! Door now runs smoothly again.
The new rollers look like high quality parts, come pre-greased and should last for a fair few years.

I needed new bottom rollers for a sliding patio door , other companies offered me to trawl through their webpages with pretty poor desciptions ,so I contacted Handles and HInges they said send us some photos, which I did Monday evening Tuesday I had an Email saying the old ones had been discontinued, and these are the replacement parts you need ,I paid that evening and received them today, Thursday fitted job done ,

I wanted a thing and was directed to this company by a household-name company that can't be bothered to keep spares (or customers).
The person I spoke to explained that although they did not currently stock these items, they were testing some that they had recently had made and that they could email me, if those tests were successful.
Today, I received that email and a link to order.
I was impressed. I came here.
