Handy Flowers take your money but…

Handy Flowers take your money but there's No delivery, No refund, No communication. Total scam. I reported them to "Report Fraud" (0300 123 2040) Please do the same. The more people report them, the better chance they are Stopped!

Do not use - complete scam

Do not use! No delivery or any type of update to state what had happened. The company has not responded to multiple emails. The only telephone number I could find does not work. No response when you make contact via their website. I even tried via Instagram and after removing my comments asking them to contact me, they then blocked. This company is a literal scam and should not be operating. As someone else wrote, I was somehow directed to this site when I thought I was using a local florist.

Do not fall for the Google "reviews" that are on the website. If you try searching on Google directly, nothing comes up.

Disgusting!

I placed an order for a bouquet on Valentine’s Day and it arrived completely different to what I ordered. I refused delivery and they still haven’t refunded me and stopped answering to my emails. What a Joke!

Very disappointing experience

I selected same day delivery, however the flowers were not delivered within the week of me placing the order. They were intended for a friend whose grandmother had passed away. She was travelling to attend the funeral, so I was working within a very tight timeframe.

I then requested a refund and was advised that this would be processed within five working days. Unfortunately, I had to chase this as well. In the end, I received the refund directly through my card provider.

Katie, the member of staff I dealt with, was very kind and helpful throughout. However, I was left with the impression that the situation was beyond her control.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Absolutely scam!

Absolutely scam!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a £90 flower spray for a funeral. What I received was only a lousy wrapping of a few of roses with some random dried out greens, even worse than what I can get in supermarket in £10! Absolutely not able to deliver anything like the pictures in their website.

Non delivery. Scam

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. What is advertised on their photos versus what arrives. Pay £60 and recieve a pathetic arrangement that would cost £8 from the supermarket. Do not buy from this company.

Do not use this company they owe…

Do not use this company they owe thousands of pounds to their partners who have paid out their own money to buy create and deliver these products.Currently going under serious fraud investigations with HMRc and cyber fraud investigations.The existing partners are currently working from a houses and are using supermarket flower to full fill the orders ….so you are not getting the correct amount of flowers or design you see for your money and your complaints will be ignored and you will not get a refund.

scam

They didn't have the flowers in stock so offered a refund. The refund never appears, now they say they have paid the refund.
I think the flowers probably were in stock, they just didn't want to provide any goods.
It is a scam to take your money.
I have contacted my bank, I will have to wait and see what happens.

It was my 70th birthday,my son sent…

It was my 70th birthday,my son sent flowers from sth australia
His partner said they looked like they were picked out of someone's back garden
They cost 122.00 aus dollars they died 2 days later.there was no gift card only a blank card with the message.my son is so upset and said if only he read the reviews first.these people are uncontactable funny that!!! I consider this as fraud and people should be weary of dealing with this company!!! I had taken a picture and sent to my son

Dull and generic

Website, ordering, delivery all ok though I thought I was ordering through a local company...but my request for bright seasonal flowers completely ignored and 'florist's choice' was dull and generic. So disappointed - supermarket tulips would have been so much better

Birthday Bouquet Scam

If I could do a - minus 10 I would appalling service - birthday flowers ordered for over £100 what was received probably came from a garage forecourt at a cost of no more that £15… the order was placed in US and delivered by a UK florist ( F For Flowers) who when I complained that it was not what was ordered he was only doing what they paid him for which was a lot less then the amount we paid for! They wouldn’t send me the communication as it would show the commission which was confidential! Appalling Scam DO NOT USE

Very poor service

Very poor service. I placed a funeral order four days in advance and received confirmation, only to be told later that the item was unavailable. An alternative listed on the website was also suddenly unavailable. Even a simple bouquet could not be provided. No flowers were delivered, and two weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointing, especially given the circumstances.

I ordered flowers on Wed 7th to come on…

I ordered flowers on Wed 7th to come on my mothers birthday on Sat 10th January but the delivery never came Handy Flowers messed up! I found that out by having to go to their contact page then they emailed me back so I have asked for full refund when they asked if my mother still wants the delivery.

Don't use this company!

Failed to deliver same day - NEVER USE HANDY FLOWERS

Short version - ordered/paid for same day delivery, flowers arrived following day in the evening NEVER USE HANDY FLOWERS.

Long version - went on Maps looking for a local real florist, unbeknownst to me the link I found was a fake and a link to Handy Flowers. Ordered/paid for same day delivery flowers (instructions left to leave with neighbours if no one in). By late afternoon no evidence of a delivery. E-mailed Handy Flowers and got this response 'I am writing to let you know that your order is currently with the driver for delivery. We are trying to contact them now to ask for an update on the estimated delivery time.'...no delivery received. The following day the delivery was in the evening, the driver told my girlfriend they only received the delivery that day. Complained to Handy Flowers requesting compensation...no reply. Have complained to my bank and trading standards about this.
