THE GUYS ARE NOT FLORISTS BUT TERS
THE GUYS ARE FRAUDS and unlikely to be a qualified florist. KEEP AWAY.
Like other reviewers, I also ordered flowers that didn't arrive and when asked they offered to resend, but of course they have not done so.
Now I want a refund and will now go through my credit card company to get my money back.
They have another fake florist called Flowers New Southgate which is the site I bought the flowers from, but got late reply emails from Handy Flowers site.
Ordered a large bouquet of pink lilies…
Ordered a large bouquet of pink lilies whereas the bouquet delivered was completely different no similarities, reached out to customer service they were of no help after multiple attempts overall a huge disappointment, terrible service and i would not recommend.
Don’t use this company
Don’t use this company! I was looking for a florist local to the Royal Marsden in Fulham and must have been redirected to Handy Flowers! I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers for same day delivery 3 days ago … and NOTHING!!! I’ve left messages and a voice note on Instagram because the phone line doesn’t work. I can’t believe I didn’t check reviews on here first! Avoid!
One again it seems Handy Flowers are…
One again it seems Handy Flowers are not handy at all! It seems paying for a service that they actually offer cant be completed so please don’t waste your time find a reputable florist instead 😡
Two lots of wreaths not delivered
Two lots of wreaths not delivered for funeral.
Distressing and embarrassing. The comms post- let down were professional and apologetic. They did issue a refund. Then I read reviews! Wish I’d read prior to ordering.
Dont ever use this company
Dont ever use this company! Absolutely criminal!
They are real scammers!
Do not use this company
I paid £50 for flowers as an early Christmas gift for my father, to be delivered on 9th December. It is now the 18th, and he has received nothing. I have not been offered replacement flowers or a refund. When I complained via email, Handy Flowers sent a picture of the wrong front door and a delivery note with an incorrect address. It also stated that my father had been there to sign for the flowers, which he had not. Now the company appear to have ghosted me and is not responding to my emails. Also, they cannot be contacted by phone because the number on the website is a dud.
So, a kind gesture on my part has resulted in a loss of money, lots of hassle and left me feeling cheated.
How to turn a nice gesture into an unpleasant experience.
The flowers were not delivered to the address as promised. Excuses were that the recipient asked the driver for them to be delivered somewhere else for pick up. The recipient assured me she did not, she wasn't even aware they were coming. When the recipient went the day afterwards to the pick up point, it transpires the flowers, delivered by DPD, were out the back and couldn't be given out as she didn't have a barcode. We never did get the flowers. I wish I'd looked at the other reviews on trustpilot before trusting these awful people with what should have been a happy occasion.
Handy flowers are scammers
The flowers that were delivered by Handy flowers were the same as a fiver from the supermarket but charged £50
They accepted the flowers are basic and nothing like the pictures on their website, but did nothing
Do Not shop with Handy Flowers, they deliver flowers from Aldi but charge Harrods’ prices
Scam company- avoid
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Handy Flowers. I ordered what was advertised as a “Tropical Sensation Deluxe” bouquet for a very special occasion. What was delivered was nothing short of shocking – wilted flowers, sparse arrangement, and absolutely no resemblance to the product displayed on their website.
For a premium-priced item, the quality was unacceptably low and entirely misrepresented. The bouquet looked cheap, poorly arranged, and certainly not something anyone would feel comfortable giving as a gift, let alone for a milestone celebration.
Customer trust is built on transparency and reliability, but this company has demonstrated neither. After receiving my order, I reviewed the experiences of other customers and realised that my issue is far from isolated. There appears to be a consistent pattern of sub-standard products and unmet expectations.
For a business operating in such an emotionally sensitive industry, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I have submitted a formal complaint and requested a full refund in line with my consumer rights. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before ordering, as the risk of disappointment is clearly very high.
Until Handy Flowers addresses these recurring quality issues and honours the products they advertise, I cannot recommend them.
Essentially a scam
Essentially a scam. Ordered a large bouquet and had a small bunch of petrol-station grade flowers delivered. Could not get any response from their customer service team so handed the issue over to my credit card provider who dealt with it. Avoid.
Avoid at all costs
I am kicking myself from ordering from this company. Order placed on 5th September for a 6th September delivery and the flowers never arrived. My 86 year old grandma only had the heart to tell me yesterday - on 5th October - that she didn't receive anything for her birthday.
It's sad that a company couldn't fulfil its basic deliverables, especially when you are ordering flowers to brighten someone's day.
Flowers did not arrive at all
Flowers did not arrive at all, over 30 mins past the last delivery time I received an email apologising and offering to deliver them a day late.
I declined.
Of course the refund won't happen for 3-4 days...
THIS COMAPNY IS A SCAM!
THIS COMAPNY IS A SCAM!! Reported to my bank for a claim back as they also do not respond to the phone, to emails, Facebook messages!!! Do not every use,I should have checked on here first!!
Ordered flowers
Ordered flowers. Didn’t turn up. Contact number doesn’t work. Don’t reply to emails / messages on instagram. Avoid at all costs!!!! They are thieves!
Placed order
Placed order, tracking said delivered. Flowers were not delivered. Tried to contact company phone does not work, they fail to respond to email enquiry.
Avoid at all costs.
I wish I had seen these trust pilot…
I wish I had seen these trust pilot reviews before ordering.
Absolutely dreadful quality of product and not a single response to my emails. I believe they are scammers.
I paid £110 for the Grande size Glamour Bundle for a friends 60th birthday. And what was delivered was absolutely nothing like the online photo … barely any roses (13 in total … compare to pic online and minimal greenery) and the white ones looked like they were on their last legs, and the most pathetic sliver of a pink ribbon - nothing like what is in their website. Honestly, the £20 bouquets at M&S are better quality and consist of more flowers.
I wrote twice and left it three days thinking i would give them time to respond directly before I decided to give an online review, but they’ve ignored my emails.
There are literally thousands of florists across London and I buy regularly from different ones but this is absolutely the worst service and quality I have ever seen. The website is completely misleading and is surely false advertising at the extreme.
Never use Handy Flowers. Save your time and money.
Better off going to a supermarket
Delivered late, never responded to emails and worst of all the bouquet didn't represent the extra money paid to go bigger
Looking at the overall reviews here its not just me so hopefully this will go someway to helping others or having the business up their game as it's not even Sunday league right now
Avoid poor service
No box to support flowers in, card was plain and handwritten when paid extra for a picture card, roses slightly brown already and no customer service number to call to complain. For the price would expect better.
