HANDYFLOWERS ARE ROBBERS
Can't give no stars so had to give one, paid £85 for the largest grand love whisper bouquet in printed vase, what turned up was non printed vase with green ribbon and what I would describe as £20 worth of cheap roses and carnations about 8in wide I was disgusted,Tried email 3 times demanding money back but nothing from them not even a sorry.AVOID AT ALL COSTS RIP OFF FLORIST 🤨
I ordered a Deluxe bouquet and balloon…
I ordered a Deluxe bouquet and balloon for an 80th birthday. The card was left out and thd recipient didn't know who sent them. So no birthday greeting or details of who they were from. I paid nearly £90.00 to include delivery and couldn't believe the size of the bouquet!
I was made to believe it was a local florist, but it is obviously not. No phone number and two emails ignored.
The flowers did not look like the…
The flowers did not look like the picture. I paid £70 for flowers and birthday balloon but the balloon was not delivered. Worst of all it is impossible to ring anyone to speak to and my 2 emails were ignored. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment.
Absolute SCAM of a location. Do NOT use!!!
Wouldn't give any stars if that was possible! I ordered flowers online from the US for delivery to a hospital in the UK. The flowers never arrived to the recipient, they sent me a photo of a box sitting in front of a random door of what looked like a freight entrance, and when I asked the son of the patient about the delivery he stated that there was a large sign on the door of the hospital that they weren't accepting deliveries, so the flowers clearly were not taken to the correct location by their "delivery partner" despite the claim that they were left "in a safe place". Then, when contacted, they were responsive up to the point that it became clear that I wasn't accepting their excuses, asked for a refund, and that's when they stopped responding. I had to do an inquiry with my card company to get my almost $90USD refunded to me.
Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. Massive scam! Paid £65 for a bunch of flowers and paid the premium to have them delivered on the same day and guess what…they never turned up! Ignored my emails and then sent me a blunt reply saying “we told you earlier your flowers would be delivered today!” Errr no you didn’t and also that’s a WHOLE day later than I paid for! Do not use, do not use! Flowers were finally delivered but on the wrong date! If I wanted them the day after I wouldn’t have paid for same day delivery!
Avoid This Scam Florist!
Avoid This Scam Florist!
I placed an £80 order for a "deluxe" bouquet through what I thought was a local florist, "Denmark Hill Florist," near King's College Hospital. However, after completing the purchase, I received a confirmation email from handyflowers.co.uk instead.
When I tried calling the contact number listed on their website to clarify delivery details, the call was diverted to another number. I then received a rude text from that number. When I enquired if this was "Denmark Hill Florist”, I received a reply saying "Stop messing about. Byeee"
The flowers were delivered, but they were no better than a cheap supermarket bouquet in a slightly fancier box. Upon further research, I discovered that handyflowers.co.uk has terrible reviews on Trustpilot and other sites.
It's clear "Denmark Hill Florist" is just a fake front for handyflowers.co.uk, which is neither local nor trustworthy. The florist doesn't exist on the High Street and is completely misleading. Avoid at all costs!
Beware
Beware! Deceptively marketed company. They failed to deliver my order but at least did refund me. Suggest you use a reputable company such as Interflora.
Brothers Funeral
Order 2 lots of flowers for my brothers funeral, 2 days before delivery was to be made, I was informed that they couldn’t deliver as they didn’t have anyone in the area, so why take my money, I would never trust this company again!!!!
Very bad service and poor quality flowers
The flowers didn't arrive on the right day and when they were eventually delivered were a mean-looking straggly bunch and definitely not worth the money. I would never buy from this outlet again and cannot recommend.
Unable to give zero stars…
Unable to give zero stars unfortunately. Do not use this company. Ordered a £75 bouquet, they have not been delivered, you cannot contact them on the telephone number provided as it states not in service & they do not respond to emails. Their address & postcode don't even seem to be legitimate. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!!. Reporting them to trading standards.
Total rip off
A relative ordered a £90 bouquet of flowers for me to arrive on a specific date. They were not delivered, despite Handy Flowers saying they were (but they could not provide proof of delivery). My relative asked for a refund, unless the order was fulfilled. A bouquet turned up that resembled a £15 max bunch of supermarket flowers. I've emailed Handy Flowers but no response. A total rip off.

Please don't make the mistake I made don't order anything from here.
SCAM
SCAM - avoid. I ordered flowers for same day delivery, received a confirmation but no flowers were never received and the order status was never updated. They took my money but their customer service phone number doesn’t work. I have yet to receive any response on email. AVOID!!
Scam company
Scam company. Employees (if any) and management of this company should be ashamed of how they steal money from innocent buyers wanting to send a needed kind gesture just to be repaid by having their money stolen. They trick you into thinking you're ordering from your local and trusted forest by putting up a mock website floristeltham. co. uk which shows the address similar to that of your florist (Westmount flowers - 126 Westmount Road, London SE91UT - but in fact it's a Kebab shop further up the road at 108 Westmount Road). They then take your money, send you an order confirmation, and then you'll never hear from them again. If anyone has managed to involve the police into this scam please let me know. Thanks.
SCAM COMPANY
Reiterating all the below. This company is a scam and I’m reporting them to trading standards.

Can't put into words my frustration with this company. Ordered flowers for a friend recovering in the hospital. Website said flowers would be delivered day of if placed before 4:00pm. I tracked the flowers and they arrived AFTER my friend left the hospital. I've emailed multiple times without getting a response. TOTAL SCAM.
Flowers were never delivered
Flowers were never delivered. No communication, and no reasonable explanation offered. When I rearranged delivery -they were still not delivered. Good service non-existent. I used them the previous year with no issues but it looks like I was just one of the lucky ones. I wish I would have read the reviews – it screams volumes.
I wish I had read this before ordering…
I wish I had read this before ordering flowers. I placed the order two days ago to be delivered today - nothing delivered. I want my money back!
