I like this company
The app is easy to use, never had a problem with the company. Drivers are polite and friendly. Cars are new and clean. I dont use taxis that much but the price seemed to be good. Will deffinatly use again

Poor booking system and customer experience
Booked online the night before, selected to pay online, all went through and received a booking reference. Waited 10 mins for the taxi this morning, then called to see where it was, was told my card was declined last night and the booking didn’t go through…despite it completing online any receiving a booking reference….no mention of a card declinature. You’d think you would get notified if something was wrong or still turn up and be offered to pay in cash or card in the cab. I’ve now missed all my onward travel, really disappointed.

Disappointing service
Disappointing service! Booked for 1.30pm to get a train. No taxi arrived so at 1.43 i phoned to be told that they would call driver and get back to me. This did not happen. Taxi arrived at 1.48 and although I made my train it was rather stressful.
