Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service. We used Happicabs to take us to and from Leez Priory for a wedding.
Both times the cars were on time and extremely clean.
We had a female driver take us to the venue which was a lovely surprise as that doesn’t happen often. She was so warm and friendly and a pleasure to be around.
In the evening a gentleman picked us up and was so kind and considerate. My daughter was feeling poorly with what she thought was travel sickness but it turned out to be sunstroke. He drove really slowly and checked that she was happy with the speed at which he was driving at throughout the journey. He also put the heating on for her as she was shivering!!
He also carefully avoided a rabbit in the road…as animal lovers we totally appreciated this. Kindness and compassion is everything!
What a wonderful company. We will absolutely use again if we are in the area.

The driver Mike was extremely friendly and patient as we had been delayed in arriving at the hotel. Then taking to the racecourse the traffic was horrendous due to an earlier accident again he was patient chatty whilst we edged to our drop-off

rude & inconsiderate, not happy
Our driver was 20mins late, we were stood in freezing cold waiting, we asked 'have you been busy', he said 'no', we said 'so why are you 20mins late', he said 'we are always 20mins late'. Refused to say sorry, didn't actually pick us up from location, parked 200m down the road, rude & inconsiderate, not happy

Was 20 minutes late from my booking time, didn’t apologise for being late. I won’t be using this company again. Charging £9.00 is a rip off when they was late anyway.

App is pointless. Drivers are nice.
Drivers are great. However, do not count on the app to provide an accurate time of arrival. Essentially the app is no more useful than just making a booking by phone.
