I ordered a fridge
I ordered a fridge. The drivers did not call us before delivery. He took the fridge back saying there was no one at home butbwe were at home. This is not good. They should atleast call the number as they arrive like all the other delivery companies does that. On the whole, very bad service of customer service when wnquired about this. Very bad delivery service. Will never buy anything for delivery from Hatalk nyborb and will not recommend the same to anyone.

We understand your frustration that the driver did not call prior to delivery and subsequently took the fridge back. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that individual drivers will contact customers before arrival, as this depends on the carrier’s internal procedures.
However, we at Harald Nyborg will of course pass on your feedback regarding this request, and we encourage customers to clearly note such preferences when placing an order, so we can forward them to the carrier.

They delivered a 90kg freezer at the…
They delivered a 90kg freezer at the end of my 40 meter driveway in the rain on a pallet and did not notify that they would not bring to the door. As typical, I do not own a pallet jack and therefore had to manhandle the freezer to my house. Not very considerate.

We’re very sorry to hear that the delivery caused you inconvenience, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
Unfortunately, under our agreement with Danske Fragtmænd, the driver is not able to drive all the way up private driveways. The delivery is therefore made as a curbside delivery at the nearest point by the road where the vehicle can safely turn around.

I had to pay extra to get it delivered to a pick-point.
