Purchased a nice piece of jewelry from Harfi through Wolf and Badger; it was quickly sent to me in Canada. Unfortunately, there were issues with the piece when I attempted to first wear it some months after receiving it. Contacted Harfi and received exceptional customer service from Chris. Chris communicated with me quickly and regularly and the issue was immediately corrected. I would definitely repurchase from Harfi as I believe they do want their customers to have a positive experience.

I bought my partner a bracelet for her birthday. It broke about 3 days later. I’ve sent emails asking for a replacement but had no reply. Very disappointing and upsetting. No telephone number to contact anyone in person. What do I do now.

Beautiful jewellery but the company doesn’t respond to emails after sending the wrong item.
I ordered a pair of earrings online, they have sent a similar pair but not the ones I wanted. I emailed straight away with a picture of my order showing the ones I had ordered and a photograph of the ones I received which are obviously not the same.
No response received despite a follow up email asking for confirmation that they had received my original email. Disappointing.
