This company goes the extra mile , a very professional outfit. Fortunately for myself Stuart Cameron a “senior claims handler” for Harper Macleod took control of my situation , and carried out what needed to be done .
I was well informed of all information and really enjoyed working with Stuart .

I had a PI claim and couldn’t recommend Harper Macleod more. I was represented by Paige and she was so helpful and supportive during a difficult time. She was excellent at explaining a process I knew nothing about, and provided regular updates throughout. Brilliant company. Had the misfortune of an accident that wasn’t my fault. Stuart Cameron supported me throughout the legal journey ensuring I was supported throughout including organising medical appointments. Whilst this may be usual tasks for the company, the one thing that stands out for me were the regular updates I would receive and the constant phone calls. I never once had to phone looking for an update or reassurance this was part of their service. Following a RTC, Paige from Harper Macleod dealt with my compensation claim, with the process taking just over ten months and resulting in a successful payout. During this time Paige was professional, helpful and kept me informed of the proceedings, she was happy to answer any queries I had and always got back to me within a reasonable time. Great help sorting out injury due to car accident. Dealt with all the claim plus kept up to date via telephone and email throughout the whole process.

I engaged this firm to take a client to court to recover my funds for damages, HM assigned a junior who wracked up time writing letters that were not authorised and charged 3.5 hrs to write a letter at a cost of £ 800.
I did not authorise this now HM raised an action against me ignoring my complaint. They couldnt even submit the correct evidence to the court or provide any evidence of authorisation that I agreed to a £ 800 letter.
I refused to pay the bill and made a valid complaint which has been ignored. this is now 1.5 years from my client causing £ 3500 worth of damage and now I have a leggal case with HM,

I would tell any new clients Not to use this firm as they don't have any skilled legal practicioners that can take a simple claim forward, just office juniors 2 years out of uninversity that they will charge London related fees for.
