Absolutely terrible company! More than ten years experience (work for them) saying that. Never respect you zero communication in between management and workers. After more than 10 year working to restore, when I left my notice on the manger desk nobody came to me and says anything. Absolutely nothing!! I didn't expect to come and say that thanks for your service, but to say we understand you're leaving so good bye. But nothing. Rude rude rude. Long story short..... don't work for them only if you want to hurt yourself!
SARAH please do me a favour and don't respond for this feedback!! Your answer so boring "... Sorry to hear about your negative experience bla bla bla. Please email me bla bla bla..." If you really want to help to the people who had bad experience call your boss and tell him, there is something wrong at restore harrow green!

Do not bother you don't get what you are paying no one is trained and no one is professional at there job they get 16 to 17 year olds in give them no training and just send them out you not get the right amount of people you are paying for or any vehicle that you have ordered for your move more would be broken then how you last saw it

If you are moving house only half of your thing will survive the other half will be broken and they will not compo you your money back or replace what they have broken

If you are a business look somewhere else you will not get what you are paying for at all go to crown instead

I have been asked to take down this review as and I quote this is true it could do too much damage to the company's reputation and the answer is no it will stay up as they had someone turn up and a family funeral to ask me this they have no morals

For us it was handled professionally, the guys all worked together and was very polite and helpful, making sure that we were satisfy with what was needed to be done. Recently used Harrow Green for a move in the City - professional from start to finish. Went the extra mile and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again. This was our second move with them and service remained excellent.

Highly recommend, professional removal company.
Moving is stressful but Restore Harrow take alot of that away. Had a meeting with Shaun he talked through the whole process supplied boxes, bubble wrap, paper for glasses etc.
On the day the team turned up and made the whole process easy for me.
Can't thank them enough.

I have worked here for work experience and I have had a lot of fun, the staff here are really welcoming and friendly and I also had a lot to do. I also enjoy that people are aloud to make jokes and still be serious while working. I also got the opportunity to go to a site visit and see what takes place of removals and as I was watching I saw how carefully they wrapped the items and how safely they done it. No negatives only positives from Harrow Green😁😁
