Great quality furniture, but had issues with delivery. I took a day off for delivery date and about 3pm i received a call saying the driver had been involved in minor accident, they said unfortunately delivery would be the next day before 12, this didnt happen so i rang again and they said they were running late and the furniture would be with by 3 which it was, the driver was very helpful and took waway all the packaging. Again the furniture is quality.

The company was great!They quickly responded to my email for a change of delivery date .On day of delivery I contacted them and again quickly responded re time of delivery.Furniture is lovely,cushions are good quality and the rain cover does the job.Would buy again from Harts.

The furniture we are more than happy with, the delivery went without fault with friendly drivers, the customer service I would say is without equal in my experience. I made a mistake ordering the wrong product and within minutes of e mailing Harts with my problem they had responded positively and resolved all issues. I would recommend this company without reservation and will look to use them again for any products they have. Thank you again M.

Fast delivery and Top quality garden furniture. We brought a Windsor bistro set and it's lovely. Chairs are comfortable and table was easy to assemble. We would highly recommend harts

Fantastic quality furniture. We brought this furniture back in March and finally got a chance to use it today. Quality is amazing. We brought the Windsor modular sofa. The sofa is comfortable and the seats are big. We been shopping around for ages and I am so happy with this sofa

Furniture and cover delivered in April. All looks good, however within 4 months cover split. Website stated cover has a 1 year warrantee, however when I contacted Harts they said the warrantee doesn't cover tears! So what use is the warrantee? And now I wonder what good the supposed warrantee on the furniture set is!

Excellent quality garden furniture. Enjoying our garden furniture in the sun today. Very well made and really comfortable. We will use this furniture a lot this summer. We brought the ascot sofa dining set. It is really spacious. Cushions are thick and table is great. It can be adjusted to be a dining table or a coffee table.

I recently purchased a 10 seater rattan cube dining set and had a couple of issues after delivery was made; firstly the cover was missing so I emailed them and received a cover via express delivery the following day. When I unpacked and assembled the table, it soon became apparent that the table had become distorted as the glass table top wouldn’t fit within the frame. Again, I emailed the company who were most apologetic and arranged for an immediate replacement of the table. I have to say that their customer service has been exemplary throughout and the initial teething problems I had, were dealt with swiftly, courteously and extremely professionally by a lovely man called Eric. I am now delighted with the quality and appearance of my purchase and I would thoroughly recommend Harts Furniture!

Amazing company, ordered my garden furniture, I chose my delivery date. This got delivered on time first thing in the morning. Furniture is amazing high quality, everything I wanted, so so happy with it.. looks amazing. Will definitely be ordering again from them and recommending them.

Edit: no news on refund as of today. Benefit of the doubt; it has been a long weekend.

Edit: Harts offered replacement or refund - I chose refund on this occasion. Harts arranged furniture be collected today, which it was. We'll wait and see how long the refund takes.

.. downhill from there. Very dissapointed to wait 6 weeks for delivery only to receive furniture that is damaged, has bird droppings on, functioning incorrectly and missing cushions. Not a cheap set either at £1.5k+. Has the feel of a repackaged return to me. Requested a refund so we'll see what happens - no response at the time of posting

This furniture finishes are garden. We just had our patio done. Been shopping for garden furniture for a few months. Harts prices are really good, and really good value for money. The quality is much better than expected.

Happy with the furniture, delivery not so. I phoned on day of delivery in the afternoon and was assured delivery would be that day. Phoned again when no delivery had arrived late afternoon and I was assured again it would be with me by 6 PM. The furniture never arrived on delivery day and I specifically ordered for that day as I had guests over for the bank holiday weekend which was hugely disappointing. The delivery arrived unannounced the next working day but no one from Harts had re-arranged this with me so no one was around to accept delivery. I had to get my elderly father to leave his house to oversee delivery. Not the best customer/delivery service really hence only 3 stars. However as said I'm happy with the furniture.

I wanted high quality garden furniture, but it can be hard to know when ordering online. This garden set has arrived and it’s excellent. Not cheap material at all. Very easy to set up. Mainly built already. Delivery was a day early and extremely easy to deal with. Absolutely delighted with the whole service and product.
