I pre-ordered the X-Men age of…

I pre-ordered the X-Men age of Apocalypse wave they are sending it to me one at a time most ridiculous thing I've ever seen I will never order from them again. And also not to mention they took very long to send the first one still missing three more today 6/2/20 I have not received any today when they said every day they will send one 🤔

Staff were very helpful

Staff were very helpful. Replaced a product with no issues. I wish all companies made it this easy. I will always buy their products after my experience.

Surprised at bad reviews, I found them faultless

I find it very surprising to read the bad reviews regarding Hasbro as my personal recent experience with them has been faultless. I dealt with Sasha from Customer Care UK who is a credit to Herself and the Company. She handled my issue swiftly and in a very positive manner and her communications were excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Hasbro and will certainly continue to purchase their products in future.
So refreshing to deal with a Company like this these days who clearly have Customer satisfaction as a key focus of their business. Thank you!

I ordered magnetics for my son 6 weeks…

I ordered magnetics for my son 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've contacted them over and over with no help. I just received something in the mail 2 small tins with some type of liquid in it with foam. I'm very displeased. The number to call on package is too long to be an actual phone number. Money down the drain. Scammers. Do not order anything from them period

The new LPS look horrible

The new LPS look horrible and are a huge choking hazard since LPS are targeted towards children I know that children put small things in their mouth and with the tiny LPS which they seem to sell quite a lot that can mean a big choking hazard for Young Buyers and also the quality of the LPS is horrible it's rubber instead of plastic I know they're trying to save money but they would make a lot more money if they just made the older LPS instead I think their customers would appreciate that more many other people share the same opinion as I do and I feel as if Hasbro could profit more if they brought back the older generations of Littlest Pet Shops don't by any means think that the LPS are making is completely bad there are some pros about them but just some suggestions

Hasbro please resolve this problem

Honestly I have spent so much money on your power rangers lightning collection and I know I will not get my money back. I just want hasbro to make it right! All of my figures are poorly built and painted! I was excited for the new wave that was released but when I went to pick up my newest collection pieces it was the most horrible experience yet! 4 different shades of red on the red ranger and a non painted part that looked like it was chewed on, and all the others extremely poorly painted! This is unacceptable for the amount of money we are paying for these items. Also it is false advertising when the box they come in have pictures of perfectly built and painted rangers. Please contact me asap about this issue to let me know your next steps please. Honestly hire me because I could build and paint them better! So could my children. I'm just extremely upset about this. If the problem is resolved I will fix this review and stop my future reviews on every other site! I will continue to write negative reviews starting today throughout the entire internet until this issue is resolved. Thank you for your time @Hasbro.

I have spoken to Hasbro many times via…

I have spoken to Hasbro many times via email about replacing Bop It games and they have done a good job so far. One thing they'll never send you is information on the hidden test modes the manufacturer adds to these games. I asked Hasbro Consumer Care team if they can give me information about sound test mode for an old game called Torx and Hyperslide and they say that they can't share this information becasue it's propetary. Well, my best option will be for a hardware engineer to find the sounds in these old games. I have had many emails from Laura and Sasha and you can also contact Hasbro's manager in the US as well.

Truly outstanding Customer service

Had an issue with a Nerf Vortex Pyragon gun purchased as a Christmas present for my son. The gun is no longer in production and is difficult to find.Unfortunately my son managed to jam the magazine after only a few hours of play. Unwisely I dismantled the magazine only to find that it is almost impossible to put back together again.

Cue one anxious call to Hasbro customer services to see if I could buy another replacement magazine, or return the original one for a service. Hasbro could not offer a replacement part as the gun is out of production, and do not offer a repair service. Their truly excellent customer service rep, Sasha, after taking some details from me offered to provide a replacement blaster free of charge. This is truly excellent customer service in my book as they had no need to offer this as it was my fault that I dismantled the magazine.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hasbro, and especially Sasha who has recovered a disastrous situation with a very sad boy whose Christmas present only worked for a few short hours.The replacement blaster arrived today and the whoop of joy my son let out when he realised what they sent was really heart warming.

Thank you for a truly outstanding customer service experience Sasha and Hasbro.

Hasbro Family Fun Pack and Monopoly Plus

A friend and I bought Monopoly Plus for PlayStation 4. We had purchased independently without mentioning it to each other. I bought it as part of the 4 games in 1 Family Fun Pack, while my friend had bought it Monopoly Plus in as a separate game. (Not part of a bundle so the three other games that I had were not included).

We decided we wanted to play together online one day and discovered that although the games were identical, we were unable to play with each other. This led to my friend buying the Family Fun Pack (meaning he had to pay for the game twice) just so that we could play together. Once he loaded up the bundle version, he realised that the trophies he had earned while playing the separate version had carried through onto the bundle version, proving that the two games were exactly the same.

There was no warning that the versions were incompatible in either of their descriptions on the PlayStation Store. Hasbro is perfectly happy to just take people's money, knowing full well that they will make the same mistakes as us. The compatibility issues are just the result of lazy programming left unfixed for years by a greedy company.

so...im sat there and my 3 year old son brings me the thanos fx figure and asks me why hes got a bag on...bear in mind he has about 90 hasbro marvel, avengers, figures..theyve started to put there voice into a back pack that works with all the toys...only thanos didnt come with one...i can see this getting turning into an add on for all figures...will not buy any more of this crap till its sorted..i asked a question on there F.A.Q's and got the packs work with all figures and they marked the answer solved...well it isnt

Big respect to Sasha Turner at Hasbro Customer Service

I ran out of Cluedo detective sheets. The kids love Cluedo! I emailed Hasbro - they replied with a couple of hours and said they’d send me some but they charge £2 to cover postage. They sent me 4 with a little note on how I can send the £2. Amazing customer service. Big up to Hasbro.

I contacted Hasbro when I needed spare …

I contacted Hasbro when I needed spare balls for my sons hungry hippo game. They supplied me with spare balls within a few days. It was so easy to sort out thank you great customer service
Will definitely be buying from Hasbro again

Hasbro no help.

We purchased my little pony snow globe maker from Hasbro toys for our daughter for xmas when our daughter made these we found one does not turn (they have a cog that is ment to turn the pony inside) the other works but all the water leaks out in 24 hrs.
We we contacted Hasbro they informed us that another company make them for them and supplied me a number to call so when I called this number I was told straight away that this number is not for general public ( how rude is that) so know we have a daughter who thinks santa brings rubbish toys that don't work.
The company just pass the blame with no help at all.
Seriously not happy.

Awesome aftercare - customer services!

My daughters both own Furby Booms, just short of a year after purchasing them one had a fault which stopped it working properly. I contacted the Hasbro customer service team and after brief email correspondence sent the Furby back freepost. They confirmed it couldn't be fixed and that they not longer made the item. They offered my daughter a choice of 2 different toys from the current range to reflect the value of a new Furby. The Girls (now each with a new toy) were truly delighted! All the customer services representatives I dealt with were incredibly helpful and the whole experience a pleasure. Having grown used to poor or indifferent customer services, it was such a refreshing change to be reminded how it should be done. A true exemplar of what customer services should be - very impressed and thank you!

Fantastic customer service

My son had been given a Hulk Masher present. One of the leg joints was stiff, and within a few months it broke.
I contacted Hasbro UK Ltd, and spoke with a lady called Laura Owen.
There was no fuss. My details were taken and a complete new Hulk arrived in the post with an accompanying letter a few days later.
Needless to say my son was thrilled.
It's refreshing to receive such excellent service these days.
