Pointless to still support Assbro

Tried the entire day to order figures, used every account I own, every credit card, debit card. Nothing goes through.
This was the last straw. Done with Assbro. Will support everyone else except them. I will buy knock offs and 3rd party but they will not get a single pence out of me anymore

Hasbro Pulse UK are a complete and…

Hasbro Pulse UK are a complete and utter waste of time. Placed an order 07/12/2025 for 4 items, one of those for my Grandson for Christmas. Delivered on the 12/12/2025 but the one for my Grandson was missing. I've contacted them twice with photographic evidence of the delivery, box, items included and had a generic reply saying that they have a high volume of customer queries & may be a slight delay in replying. It's now the 15/12/2025 and still no explanation or reply with resolution to the issue. This is simply not good enough.

I wanted to let people know about the…

I wanted to let people know about the problem I had with Hasbro Pulse.
My nephew was a SC-FI addict, and had advanced ordered several things from them.
Unfortunately my nephew passed away in May, so we cancelled his bank account and cards.
We then received an item from Habro, I contacted them to ask if I could return. All nice and helpful to start with. Then explained about no account for him can they refund my sister Thats when it all went wrong. Over a period of 2 months, I have been trying to sort this out. First I had to send death certificate, then the death certificate for my brother in law. then a copy of the will. Now they are asking for probate, which I have checked with CAB and my solicitor you do not need. I know the items he ordered were about £1,000 but this has got out of hand. And all they do is send me the same of answer. So unless you are 100 percent with the company do consider mine and other problems with this company

Dont buy online from Hasbro

I have been waiting for a preorder from one of their partners for weeks now. Placed and payed an order at their official site and no communication, response to tickets, no customer service desk.
Shame.

Meanwhile I could have bought the same product cheaper at any of my local stores...

Poor quality, garbage toys

Transformers beast made bumblebee. What a terrible toy. Appalling build quality and the transition is an absolute faff, no way a child could do this alone. Try better this toy is awful. Same goes for Optimus Prime, fiddly garbage

Do not use Hasbro Pulse

Do not use Hasbro Pulse! If you do you will lose the other estores as Hasbro has already started to refuse them stock, keeping them as exclusives for Hasbro Pulse. No control over new in demand items. Example Retro ROTJ 6 pack. Was in huge demand. Hasbro put it exclusively on Pulse. With a three maximum order the whole Sha bang turned into scalpers paradise, selling out immediately then being put up on eBay for double the price with no more available from pulse. Similar situation has been going on for nearly a year now. Now here’s my experience of their service. Purchased the ANH boxset from them and it said delivery late June, about two months away from the purchase time. That’s ok I thought as long as I get them. Never heard from them again till October to say it would be out for delivery in a week. Ok I thought, terrible communication but again at least I managed to get them at retail price. Week later got dispatch notification and waited. A couple of days later I got a your parcel has been delivered, I’d been home all day and received nothing. A photo was supplied of a parcel on a doorstep of a house that isn’t mine and there’s no house of that construction in my street. Contacted the courier and they said I’d have to contact Hasbro. Now a month later and they’ve failed to reply to my emails. I’m not losing £70 to a terrible company with bad business model and values. Hasbro I will be claiming my money back via my credit card. Do not use them.

Used and damaged condition goods

I’ve used The Hasbro pulse department to order collectibles on several occasions and they were always great.
My last 2 orders though have come back with their display packing (yes, most of us collectors like and expect mint in box) badly damaged; more second/used condition rather than new and Hasbro charge top price too.
Be weary and don’t be afraid to return anything! Their site says you pay then reclaim return costs but I’ve been sent a link to print a label.
If this continues, they’ll need to change their promo from “where collectors matter” to “they don’t anymore”.

Poop

Great. Make a toy that needs an app for full functionality but then just ditch the app, takes the money and run but continue to sell the toy, for the half baked app. Won't be buying any more products from hasbro

I have been most impressed with Hasbro…

I have been most impressed with Hasbro Customer Service. The bank cards for the electronic Monopoly are losing their laminations and are difficult to put into the reader. Hasbro sent new cards by return of post. Unfortunately they were for the later version and cannot be read by the original machine. Hasbro then sent out a later machine and pieces to upgrade my version of Monopoly. Cost? Nothing, except postage at £2 for each package. Nothing was too much trouble, and helpdesk/email responses were most helpful. Thank you, Hasbro, for brilliant service. Family happy.

Do you really own wizards of the coast

Do you really own wizards of the coast. Because you're a bunch of cheating, money grabbing tw'*s. You've got to sort out that mtg arena, because it cheats and shuffling system is BS. Stop stealing people's money and spending it on drugs and you might be able to sort this sh#* out. You are f#'*ing disgusting.

during my recent weekly shop st smyths toys superstore a child that i was 4 years old turned a single fire nerf pistol into th the double pump actoin anul anialater and turned me into a human flesh toy when i eventually crawled my way to the hex bug sectoin i they greeted my gapping ashole with 100 of the tiny vibrating things they are still preasent in my large intestine i then tried to buy a monopoley set but was instead used as a employee coom rag

Dinobot Grimlock sad disappointment

I bought the Dinobot Grimlock toy for my son and sadly he is very disappointed in this. It is flimsy, weak, doesn't connect well or stay well in any of its positions that are ahown on the packaging and is overall a very poor quality toy. The best thing about it was the packaging.

Used a few times over a couple years. Always sent stuff when they said they would. Always arrived in top condition. Always been for HeroQuest stuff.

They have never let me down....

I must say I am astounded reading some of the reviews on here because my experience with HasbroPulse has been exemplary every single time.
Even when I have had a QC and delivery problem, they have been dealt with quickly and successfully.

I only really buy Transformers and a few X-Men figures from them so I can only really comment on those and tbh, the quality of them has been exactly what one would expect... I would like to see more figures aimed at my children on the site, for the simple fact it would make shopping a little more convenient, my daughter does love Transformers, but often becomes bored with the more "grown-up" end of the toyline (and tbh, so do I, sometimes...sometimes what I want is a spring-loaded gimmick) and it would be nice and easier if we are spending our pocket money on the same site, but other than that I have to say I don't have too m,any complaints, there can be a delay in responding to a query sometimes, but once they get to tissues raised are often dealt with very quickly. The only time I have suffered a delay was when the courier left the package without making sure someone was home and (presumably) so toerag took the opportunity to grab it, but once I notified them and chatted over a few emails the package was replaced and the courier now (thankfully) doesn't leave parcels unattended anymore. All in all, I had a three-day delay I think, which when taken into consideration with all of the times I have received packages on time, in perfect condition and sometimes before time, that's fine.
Hasbro Pulse have chosen wisely in using Yodel....and it's also nice that there are fewer "store exclusives" now Pulse is operating in the UK, that was always a needless frustration.
This review has my most recent completed purchase date on it, but this is a review of Pulse as a whole, I have made quite a few purchases since 2021 from them and I would say that they can be trusted as a platform, they keep you updated pretty well via your account page, you can message them quite easily and when problems arise they deal with them well and quickly.

No longer "Hasbro"

I think I can help explain the bad reviews here. Turns out Hasbro don't actually manufacturer (at least some) of their toys. They allow the manufacturer to use the name Hasbro though. The connect 4 I purchased didn't have the correct number of slots, though picture on front was correct. Hasbro, despite having their name on the goods said contact the other manufacturer. Didn't care at all their contractor was incorrectly making goods with their name on it. Says it all. Avoid!

Guess Who board game

Guess Who board game. Compared to the original back in the 80's. Now looks & feels cheap! If you want children to enjoy & play this game then bring back the original quality. Showed friends who simply laughed at how everything from our era has become cheap & nasty. It's laughable and a rip off!

Disgraceful and shameful tactics on the…

Disgraceful and shameful tactics on the nerf gun tie in with Aliens.

Fans who preordered are left out of pocket whilst every tom dick and Harry shop have stock. Not one email or communication but happy to make £££££ of interest with money taken over a year ago.

For the fans. Laughable. Will never support again.
