Hate My Phone Reviews 

I originally ordered a tablet without realising it had a cracked screen. The money was quickly refunded without question. I then purchased another tablet, it was very fast, free delivery. The packaging was excellent, lots if bubble wrap and waterproof bag. Apart from updating, the tablet was in great condition. The price was very good for this model of tablet so I am very pleased with the service and product.

I didnt appreciate the several messages to prompt me to write this review and had to block the company from pestering me, bad form

I bought an ipad the other day and it arrived in a great amount of time had great communication with the customer service and they helped me figure out how to use some of the things on the ipad that i didnt know how to use

I ordered a ipad through wowcher and paid extra for 2 day delivery it’s now day 10 and I still have not recieved my ipad I have sent numerous emails to them and they keep saying we have sent it off … Royal Mail have not updated their systems which is a lie as I phoned Royal Mail and they said nothing has been sent to them the company has only printed off a label but not sent anything so I will be going down to their office tmrw to either get my ipad or money
The next day I recieved a call from the manager kas he was very helpful and told me I could either come down to the office or he would post out another ipad but as I was local I said I would come myself to the office to collect.
Upon arriving to the office kas and Freya both presented me with a ipad 8th gen and as a gesture of good will they also gave me free wireless ear phones and charger for the misunfortunate event of the 1st ipad not being recieved in the post . I did encounter a problem with the ipad I took home but swiftly that was sorted via Freya and kas and at the beginning I did leave a bad review but now it’s all been solved the issue I can’t thank them both enough for the service they provided one on one .plus if I do encounter any more problems with the iPad I got they told me to come back to them directly

Brilliant service all round, approached the team with an enquiry and they swiftly came back to me with a recommendation. Very good pricing and delivery times exactly as stated.

Great product well packed and sent quickly, followed up with a message to see if everything was ok my little one loves it

Ordered an IPad through wowcher. Paid for the speedy delivery and still no Ipad. Multiple emails send to them and I'm repeatedly told to wait for it to arrive. I have today asked for a refund and was again told to wait until Friday.
If the product is lost or not send just issue the refund for the IPad and postage had they done anything other than fob me off I wouldn't have left this review but reading others it seems this is the only way to get their attention.
Delivery was due 11th September

I purchased a mobile phone from them through Wowcher and after nearly a week with no update, I had to chase them myself. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced—slow, unhelpful, and unresponsive and rude when they do respond.

After almost two weeks of frustration, I had to go through Wowcher directly just to get a refund.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company like the plague.

Bought a phone through Wowcher. Delivery attempted failed because I was in work and it hasn’t had option to leave it in a safe place or leave it in neighbours. Received email from Royal Mail that phone was send to seller and they received it. 10 days ago I sent 2 emails to seller asking to send phone again or refund money, didn’t get any reply, refund or a phone. After leaving a review on here I finally got my money back

Great Customer Service

Absolutely appalling scam through Wowcher. Bought a Fire 7 HD Black with a Wowcher, and it arrived today, only poached in bubble wrap, blue and scratched all over... worst thing it's such an old model that the Amazon and kindle bookstore apps are no longer supported.... The Wowcher is advertised as £89 retail reduced to 36£ but this tablet looks like found in the bin.... Scammers!

Bought 4 kindle fire of these via Wowcher, they are all filthy , scratched , unboxed 2 don’t work . Beware

I purchased a Kindle Fire from this company via wowcher and it arrived on the 11th July. The screen was faulty so I returned it on the 16th July paying £4.99 for 1st class delivery and tracked. Despite chasing for info on the replacement or refund since then I have still received no response and the customer service tele number keeps saying that not available and no message is able to be left. All in all not impressed and really don't think I will ever receive anything from them

I purchased an iPad from wowcher without reading the reviews on this company god I wish I had I’m going to be spreading how awful this company is far and wide so I ordered an iPad received my tracking no problems however this tracking has stated that a tracking number has been generated however Royal Mail havnt received any items and it’s been like this for 3 days no updates on tracking when I emailed them I was told by a Freya Williams that it will take a few more days and I said I’d like to cancel and they say the can’t due to it being dispatched already these scammers need stopping I will be contacting trading standards today as well as opening deputes with Clearpay DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TOP TIER SCAMMERS also let’s not forget there awful customer service with there one sentence answers to emails or just flat out not replying to them

I ordered an iPad from Hate My Phone on 26/7/25 and paid extra to have it delivered on or before 30/7/35.

Well the delivery date has come and gone and I have been advised that hopefully I’ll get it on either Saturday or Monday,

No delivery update on the Royal Mail website so not holding out much hope of seeing my iPad.

They have now stopped responding to my emails requesting an update.

Poor customer service

Sent me a broken faulty phone. Ordered a nokia asha 300 from here and they sent me faulty one with the touch screen not working.

i tried to buy a phone vie discount experts from hate my phone,they sent me the wrong type of phone which i did not want,so i returned the phone that i did not request,and asked for a refund,this has been going on for months as i have not recieved my refund to my bank,they keep saying they have refunded me by wowcher of which i do not have a wowcher accound,so it looks like they have just kept my money and ingonring me,please do not use hate my phone

I bought a phone on behalf of a homeless charity a month ago. They sent the wrong charging lead. They just keep asking me to send photos….I’ve sent photos. Rubbish customer service…avoid!

Item bought not as described and heavily damaged. Promised a partial refund to keep which I have accepted. STILL not been sent despite multiple Emails from them saying it would be.
In summary;
- Substandard products
- Dreadful customer service.

*Update 17/03/25: I am pleased to report that the issues described above, that have been ongoing since November 2024, have now been rectified in full by the company. I am grateful for the resolution provided. They have now made it right, albeit after a long and drawn out process. Thank you.
